Do not trust this company! A bunch of crooks. Demanded i paid an extra £240 on top of the £816 amount they had quoted off the back of the video itinerary i sent them or else threatened not to release my furniture from the van. Ruined 2 sofas, scratched, dirty, artwork ruined, bedroom furniture all scratched and ruined, velvet bed ripped and all drawers broken. They are not insured, and have gone on the missing list. Run out of Jamaica by a one man band, who outsources to removers here. The worst moving experience i've ever had. Heartbroken at the money i've just paid them to ruin over £2,500 worth of furniture. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They should be shut down.

Reasonable movers. More like Unreasonable or Irresponsible movers.
Clearly this shop is run by a bunch of Morons trying to run a business.

I got a quote from them which I pressume was through Comparemovers or something like that.

Recieved multiple emails and phone calls asking for an inventory.

As I was allready half way through the proces with reputable companies who had come to my house to carry out an inspection either in person or virtually, I didn't bother to go back to them.

Today I recieve a phone call from Rob the salesman, I told him I hadn't got back to them as I have gone with someone else.

As delightful as Rob was, he then told me I could of told them on email and hung up.

I rang back to find out whatbhis problem was and was diverted through to a cellphone.

5 minutes later I get another call back from some other chump saying don't call back here again no one works here.

I would stay clear of this company like the plague.

Very aggressive marketing. Looked for a quote online, and had to enter my contact details in order to recieve the quote. I did expect that they would contact me once to discuss; however, I then got a phonecall, an email AND a WhatsApp message every day from them chasing me up to book their company.

After a few days of this, I sent a message that I had booked with another company, and asked them to stop contacting me. I said "please". I don't feel that this was a rude message, just a reasonable request. I then got a message back saying "you were the one that entered your details". So it seems that I have the option of not entering my details and not getting any quotes, or entering my details and receiving hounding and rude messages. I don't recommend asking for quotes from this company.

We are very pleased with the services that we received from Reasonable Movers. They were very accommodating throughout our move from a flat in Surrey Quays to a house in Hammersmith , and nothing was too much trouble. A surveyor came to our flat in the evening (so we didn't have to take time off work). He gave a competitive quote and we decided to use them based on gut feeling and the recommendations on this website. We had a few other quotes from other removal firms, but those quotes were either too high or they were not available during the bank holiday weekend (in August) when we needed to move. We opted for part-packing services, where they packed our breakable items only. Don't make the mistake we did, which is to order packing boxes from the internet. The packing materials that Reasonable Movers provided (for roughly the same price) were by far better quality than those that we received from the internet. On the removal day, three guys came to our flat (on time), but after a couple of hours the company sent an additional guy to help as we had a lot of things to move, including a number of very large furniture items (sofas, table, beds) that needed to be dismantled. The guys were very professional, hardworking, efficient and polite. They worked tirelessly from 8am until 9pm, only taking a lunchtime break. All our large furniture items were reassembled at our new house. We are very pleased that we chose Reasonable Movers. I feel like we received a premiere removal service for a very reasonable price.

I have come on here today to leave a positive review on Reasonable Movers as I was told to leave feedback.

I have used this firm twice in the past seven months and on both occasions I have found them to be nothing other than professional, courteous and highly capable. This, along with the reasonable price is why I chose to use them a second time, and why I would use them again.
Unlike with various companies in the past, I felt very much at ease and that my possessions were in safe hands. They made the process as a whole relatively stress-free.

So, If you are looking for an inexpensive and trustworthy removals firm with the ability to work within a strict time frame, I would strongly recommend Reasonable Movers.

A really big thank you to the team that helped us move From Manchester to Birmingham the weekend. They arrived on time and got to work straight away. No damages or loss to report, all the men worked really well as a team and so our move was a pleasure. Me and my husband could not of asked for better, A Good price compared to other quotes we had for such a fantastic service. We will certainly be using them again and will be recommending to everyone we know friends and family. Thanks again for such a nice stress free service.

We had a couple of quotes from removal firms but found that Reasonable Movers were not only the most competitive they offered the most personal service. The initial home visit to provide a quote was very professional as were other companies but we were surprised at how much the children were engaged and the whole family was considered.

In terms of quote provided we never expected that we would find a service to not only move us on the day but pack the whole house up in advance at a price we could afford.

The day before we moved a team of men came in and worked professionally and considerately (and at a lightning pace!) to start the packing for us.

By the end of the day nearly all of the upstairs was packed and bulk of big furniture was in the van and stored securely overnight. This meant the general clean of the house could be done before we moved out and not only the stress of packing but dismantling beds etc was all done.
Move day went just as smoothly with the whole house cleared and everything unpacked with no breakages, damage or frayed nerves.
The team even made themselves scarce for us to say our own farewell and lock up in old house and offered to give us some time to explore the new house by ourselves when they must have been desperate to get unpacking. They were happy to move boxes wherever requested in the house and again put all beds back together and helped where we needed it most.

I would recommend highly in terms of service, approach, cost and most importantly piece of mind. They made the whole move process calm and stress-free and for that I am thankful.

We were really pleased with Reasonable Movers, the woman (Anna) I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and friendly and the removal team were efficient and friendly. We were particularly impressed with the packing service and would recommend this. The packer came the day before and took great care and time in packing our home up and he had a friendly attitude. The next day (the move day) he came back with two more people and loaded up the van in a timely manor. When we got into our new house they made sure we were happy with where everything was going. Very impressed.

We have moved with Reasonable Movers a few times over the years to include moving our elderly parents to a care home by the coast and my sister to Bath. They have been fantastic every time. Nothing is too much hassle. They came recommended to us as a family firm and we have continued to recommend them ourselves to friends, work colleagues and family. In the past we have moved ourselves and used a man and a van service which have both been extremely stressful. Reasonable Movers take the stress out of moving for us. I believe you pay for what you get and Bushells seem to be competitive with removals companies offering the same service when comparing in the past. Thanks Reasonable Movers from the Jenkins family.

Great removals conpany that helped us from start to finish the sales man knew what he was doing all in all cant fault the service.

We used reasonable movers to move us from Polegate-Kidderminster. Had a quote to move us on the 29th March 2016, £1450 with 3 luton vans or a 7.5 ton with 4-5 men.Moving from a 3 Bed Bungalow, garage,things from garden & trailer.Due to a late change in dates,31st March 2016, our 1st choice, who came to the house for his quote,could not move us, their was only £50 difference in price,so we went with Reasonable Movers.They arrived with 2 vans and 3 men.We had to be out by 1pm.By 10.45 am we were told that "we had to hire a van,and ALL cost would be reimbursed", due to " to much stuff ", all of which I had filled in on there forms & sent via email, and the same amout of "stuff " that our 1st choice quoted for. We did get a van £250 and it took us 2 days moving the rest of OUR things. After loads of emails and phone calls, we are STILL WAITING FOR OUR MONEY BACK

We used This company for our house removal from Weybridge to Walton on Thames. They managed to move us from our 5 bed house in 9 hours with 4 men and a truck. We used their full packing aervice as well which was executed really well as we expected from a Removals Company. Adam from the office was really helpfull from the start to the end. All in all it went very well :)

Reasonable Movers weren't the cheapest quote that i got but they were average so i went with them, they did the job to a good standard and the men were very helpful and hardworking.

These guys were great! really friendly throughout the entire move and despite the traffic they managed to complete the move in the time quoted.

Unprofessional, unable to take simple instructions and read boxes that clearly state where they need to be moved to, instead they thought it was a good idea to move all boxes into the garage including garden furniture. We asked them to dismantle the bed prior to the move which they agreed, they have managed to lose all the screws, bolts and kept half the bunk bed attached. Although cheap I would highly recommend paying a little more for a company that know what they are doing. Even simple things like taking shoes off when entering the house or bringing plastic mats so they do not have to walk on clean carpets would have gone a long way but not with these guys!

Those guys are very good,polite and quick doing what they came to do.
their service is excellent ,nothing broke or gone missing,handle everything with care.If I need to move again,I'll be surely ask them to do it.

I have used Reasonable Movers several times now. I have used them to remove unwanted furniture and also to deliver big items to other addresses. I also used them once when I was moving home. Another company had let me down, and I was due to move the following day. I called Reasonable Movers and they were able to pack the remaining items and get me moved the following morning, even though it was very short notice.

I have found them to be friendly and helpful, and very hard-working. I have also found their prices better value than other companies. I am really happy and grateful for how they have helped me, and I would definitely recommend them to other people.
