I moved into one of their rooms, it was really nice, the people were helpful and did a great job getting things fixed

Happy to overlook their awful management during the year and a half at one of their properties (items broken by their contractors and not paid for, room turned upside down and left following precautionary bedbug treatment, vomit from upstairs tenant left on windows after reporting, faulty door locks resulting in being locked out of own room, failure to disclose extractor fan outside bedroom window on viewing, and advertise the roof as a terrace despite no fencing around the straight drop down to the concrete floor and the list goes on and on...) But after being forced to leave due to an unjust rent increase of over £200 (and one I was insisted someone else would pay and yet the advert is still online and price dropping...) they then deducted 'interest' off of my deposit, for 'late payments' of an increase I did not agree to. AVOID!!!!
