I would give them 0 stars if possible. They are thieves. I received an email at 6:53 PM stating that if I don't log into my account today they may charge my account a $1.99 service fee until my account balance is $0. I logged in the same calendar day within a few hours of their email and guess what? They took the money out of my account early. They had no right to rob my account because I logged in. I will never do business with a company that takes advantage of their customers and steals from them. Beware! Your cashback account is likely to get drained by them even if you follow their rules and log in. I suggest cashing out your account and finding an ethical company whose goal isn't to rob their customers of rightfully earned cashback. It's a despicable practice and they don't deserve for people to use their service. Don't let your hard-earned money be stolen by these thieves.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for your less than ideal experience. Account maintenance fees happen when an account goes inactive for more than a year, we send out multiple email warnings prior to the deductions.
Please go to your account Overview page, and then click "one-click refund" to have the $1.99 returned to your account.
Your payment is currently on pause so that once the $1.99 has been returned you can request a new withdrawal that includes all of your cash back.
