Love the cherry perfume I got

Gift Experience.
I received some Rebel Aroma products as a birthday gift from a friend. I got one of the reed refusers, and a bottle of the Bluebell Bomb perfume spray. I love them both. The perfume scent lasts all day, people often comment and ask what I have on. The reed diffuser gives off a powerful scent that last for days. I got both products in June, and they are still going strong, showing how well they last. I would definitely recommend,
and I will be ordering products as gifts for my own friends and family for Christmas.

Ordered the coco Mademoiselle and baccarat rouge copy.. the coco smelt awful and nothing like the real thing however the baccarat rouge was nice.. think i will stick with noted aromas..their products are amazing..

As a first time customer, I experienced issues with my order, i.e. didn't receive the correct purchase. Contacted customer service and was told to send a picture of items I did receive, which I found rather odd, because all they needed to do was take a look at my original order and the payment amount, as I was already inconvenienced. Overall wasn't happy, won't be ordering again from Rebel AROMAS!

Doesn’t spread a smell, regret buying!
I ordered the Reed Diffuser Bundle for £37.99, and the scent I received is completely different from what was advertised. It doesn’t resemble Ombre Nomade or any of the scent notes described. This is misleading and not what I paid for.
To make it worse, when I requested a refund, Rebel Aromas asked me to pay for the return postage myself — even though the product was misrepresented. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is not as described, the seller is responsible for all costs of returning it.
It’s disappointing to deal with both a misleading product and poor customer service.

Royal Rebel and car sense
It's a shame really as I was expecting a lot lot more. I purchased Dark Desire and Royal Rebel. At first the pumps were faulty then they had the flow of a dripping tap.
Perfumes
Royal Rebel. Simply no where near as strong as original with weak aromas not unpleasant quite nice and fresh. Sadly it lasted an hour. I applied more this morning plenty and by 12lunch it had gone. My Pears soap lasts longer.
My partners Dark Desire was the same on spray and longevity.
It's such a shame as I am a new customer from essense vault long time user but their standards have dropped. I buy 10 a year.. Anyway I got in touch with Rebel Aromas who gave me their advice and were extremely polite. I won't be requesting a money back or anything else. But my philosophy is once bitten don't try again. This is my second review. I've now had the opportunity to use all of the products I purchased (Angels Ember, Rouge, Cherry Temptation and Rebels Creed). I've used different dupes from different companies before but Rebel Aromas are definitely the best. They smell very similar if not exactly the same. And the longevity is brilliant. Well worth the money.

Excellent products and service
The products are lovely, and the packaging is excellent. For the price I would definitely recommend.
That aside, their service is outstanding. There was a mistake with my order, they responded within the hour to resolve. There was another mistake out of their control (postage) and they resolved that unbelievably quickly too. Would highly recommend.

I'm so pleased that I managed to stumble upon Rebel Aromas while searching for Prada Paradox dupes.
Their version is amazing and I have had so many compliments when wearing it. And it's the same with rebels Alien dupe, I have had many complaints about it.
Would definitely recommend Rebel Aromas to anyone (my husband and son have both made purchases and are very impressed).
