I ordered a box of wine as a present over three weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Rebellious Wine has not been responding to any emails or when I've left voice messages. I'm £60 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

This shop went above and beyond to make my experience right - without being asked. Great products, great service. I would recommend them without reservation.

I was recommended Rebellious Goods as the best place to buy wine in London (needed to be delivered next day for a friends Birthday). The team were extremely helpful and had a custom order set up within 30 minutes of me contacting them. The items were delivered as expected the next day and the recipient was over the moon with the wine. Would highly recommend for both selection and service!

Amending my review - was upset that the package hadn’t been delivered on time and there wasn’t any communication with me, but emerges that this was DHL. Rebellious Goods actually went above and beyond to try to deliver the parcel on time.

DHL had mishandled my order and my package never arrived as a gift to my intended recipient. RG reached out and re-sent the items plus extra and was able to track down the offer. Will be ordering again.

Great independent seller of lovely wines and spirits. We got the natural wine box and were delighted to receive really delicious wines. It is great value for money too, with 1 bottle being over £30 which means you are already getting a good deal. The delivery is quick as well. Hoping a few more of their wines come back in stock soon, but in the meantime we thoroughly enjoyed our selection, thank you very much!

I ordered a bottle of wine for a friends birthday. prompt delivery and included a note for me. excellent service with gorgeous choice of wines.

The wines were great, but they took longer to ship than expected, which meant they arrived a bit too late. I recognize that it's hard to ship within 24 hrs but if I had known it would take 2 days I would have used a local wine shop instead.

Quick response and good communication after I messed up the delivery address. Rebellious Goods were very helpful.
