DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!. -- Irving, Texas Store-- I was just there (Tuesday @3;00 March 25,2026) I went in and there was one guy talking to customers outside. OK. no problem. I went in the store front NO ONE was inside at all. I stood around for like ten minutes and then the guy from outside walks in the door with SOMEONE ELSE and goes to the counter and starts looking up what the guy wants. DOES NOT SAY HELLO, KISS MY ASS OR NOTHING. He just ignores me and keeps walking. OK. Then a second guy comes in from the shop and starts walking towards a different customer that just walked in the door BEHIND ME AND AFTER I DID. Again this guy did not say hello, be right with you , kiss my ass or NOTHING. Then these two are talking about regular BS and NOT about what this second guy wants and I am being COMPLETELY IGNORED. What am In f-ing INVISIBLE???. Yea I am pissed and HELL NO, I will NEVER go back. And just so you guys know I was there to spend MONEY. I guess since my Jeep did not look like I had already spent $150,000.00 on in aftermarket crap I am not worthy of being helped. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THIS PLACE IS A F-ING JOKE!!!. BUT that's OK. 4 Wheel Parts will take my money.

Initially Rebel Offroad was great to deal with. But it quickly went south. Initial sales guy did great and sold me exactly what i was looking for based on my conversations with him and build requirements. I went with one of there in house coilover recon packages but once installed it wasn't at all what i expected and what was originally promised. They couldn't get the suspension setup correct for my setup so another sales guy told me to upgrade some more parts to resolve the issue. So i agreed because i wanted my vehicle to ride right. Turn out that was the wrong decision and there staff, other mechanics and myself agreed that that was the incorrect direction to resolve the issue. But there was no reverting it because it required cutting the frame.

The manager refused to speak with me after multiple requests. I had to talk directly to the sock manufacture to get correct tuning for the shock, but Rebel had it licensed so they needed there cut of money and wouldnt refund me on the original mistake or help me out to resolve the issue.

After spending around then $30,000 with Rebel Offroad you would think they would help me make there in house suspension product work. But they just kept avoiding the fix and refusing to help, refund or let me talk to a manager/owner.

After everything i am disgusted with how this company treated a customer, i have warned many people to stay away from them as they don't actually stand behind their products. I regret doing business with this company.

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing there Recon DSS or normal Recon kit. (i had to install both on my vehicle and was very unhappy with both). I also had issues with them sending me incorrect parts, missing parts which they had to ship out after the fact weeks later. And their roof rack struts failed after a year.

Almost all the rebel in house products were problematic but how the staff handled it is the bigger issue.
