Nice experience with purchase, excellent product
Premium materials and aparience

I needed to get my saber quickly in time for comicon and they helped make sure it would make it here on time.

I had to replace the electronics in my Saber. They not only gave me a discount on my order they upgraded my Saber as well. Very fast and helpful customer service!

Alexandra was outstanding in problem solving any issues I had.
If anything I think this 3rd party seller site should list the measurements of every saber they have on the item description. Only a few items have this and if you are new to the market, you're in for a rude awakening when you receive your item.
You may have to go to another site to purchase extenders, or pieces that you shouldn't have had to do in the first place. Rather my business stay in one place instead of having the hassle for quick solutions elsewhere.

They were very helpful in explaining everything I had to ask and showed a full breakdown on how to use it

This is an impressive Saber. really built with High quality. there is some learning now how to use all it's various functions, but that just makes it more fun.

I absolutely love my new lightsaber. The Anakin Solo is an elegant hilt and the electronics work great. I love the motion controls and smooth swing. It is the best lightsaber I own.

The saber maybe only 4 of 5. It’s my first Xeno PixelBlade and it’s giving me fits & starts. The ignition button sticks, motion activation is not always working, some of the instructions don’t work with this model, but the app is very handy. This may be a case of unfamiliar tech and with practice I will learn.

What I do know is that I can reach out to RS for help. They will help. They’re great about that. This is my first Xeno but not my first RS product. First class.
