Avoid Avoid Avoid! I would love to share the pictures how it supposed to be and what I've got. I ordered a coat. It took ages to get it and when I got it, it was nothing, literally nothing like on the pictures. It looks extremely cheap. I even feel ashamed to take it to a charity shop. I tried to send it back but it is very complicated as it should go back to China and it's no Temu where refund is so easy and clear. To avoid all this hassle and the cost I've decided to take it to the charity shop where I volunteer, they didn't want it, it was so bad!

After checking our email exchange, your return request was due to the coat running a little small and the material feeling softer/lighter than expected for the weather. We completely understand that fit and warmth are important, and we’re sorry it didn’t suit what you needed.

We’d also like to clarify the product style shown in the photos: this coat is designed as a lighter, in-between seasons layer (ideal for spring/autumn and milder days), rather than a heavy winter coat.

Regarding returns, we do offer return support, but in some cases returns are processed via our overseas centre, which can feel more complicated than some large marketplaces. We’re sorry this caused frustration.

Great customer service

Did take a while to arrive but communication was good when waiting. Unfortunately did have to return as wasn’t as expected. However, I was very impressed with the customer service, really helpful, responded quickly and polite. Thanks for help.

Would not even give 1 star! Took weeks to come. Poor quality item fake and sizing was well out! Sent back with proof of postage and was told I should have paid more for tracked and denied receiving it Paid via Klarna and was asked if I could say it was resolved before receiving any money back from them! FYI uses chat GPT to real off legal stuff MASSIVELY AVOID!
I will change my review if I get my refund but I am not going to sit arguing over email
The post office missed a 7 out of the receipt they gave but the full address was on the parcel! How do you expect me to send something back to you when I’ve already sent it! If you want customers then work on your customer service!

Avoid this site, poor and slow customer service!

Avoid this site. Poor and slow service. I received an item which does not fit. So far 9 days no return policy and ongoing aruments if and refund or replacement is allowed. This is now 27 days since i placed my order, and spend additional moeney on sending the item back, i have no refund or replacement item.
FAO Rebooters - so far all the above is factual and i will be updating the review if it gets resolved to make it fair and balance.
If Rebooters can post below their return policy and instructions it will prove me wrong.

Great service

Well, where do I start, I ordered a coat for my Granddaughter for Christmas and was sent the wrong one, I got in touch with the company about it and they were most apologetic about what had happened and said they would resolve it ASAP,
The warehouse manager apologised about the incident and sent out the correct item ordered without question.
In my mind Rebooters went above and beyond in resolving this matter. I certainly do recommend that you take time and use this company. My granddaughter also said that she would be using them in the future.

Excellent shirt & customer service!
