Thank you for your feedback. As per our emails, I upheld my terms and conditions of dispatch which is 24-48 hrs after order as did Royal Mail. Your order was placed on Monday night and you received it Friday morning. I’m sorry if this was an unacceptable timeframe.

Honestly i didnt know what to expect but i am really happy with my order. I ordered a mystery bundle for 2-3yr girl and the clothes we got were all in great condition and a really nice mix of clothes, even a little christmas jumper which she loves! Will definetly be ordering again.

Got some lovely bits for my girls earlier this summer. Actually, I've never had a bad order from Reborn Rags. Always great quality, fresh smelling and as shown on the website. Nicely packaged too! And of course the prices are pitch-perfect. Recommend!
