I rented my apartment in Milan to ReBoutique for management, and I'm very satisfied with the experience. The management team is extremely friendly, always available in real time, they are very punctual with payments and utility reimbursements, and they are able to carefully select tenants. I highly recommend them if you need an intermediary to manage your property.

I rented an apartment from Reboutique during my studies in Milan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. They replied quickly to every message, no matter the day or time even on weekends! Whenever I needed assistance, they went above and beyond to help with anything, always in the most professional and understanding way.

REboutique were a great help in finding and managing accommodation for my daughter in Milan. The rental market is very complicated but thanks to their flexibility, patience and understanding, I found a short term let in the center of Milan in a lovely apartment with a great view. The room was comfortable and clean, in a spacious apartment with fun flatmates of various nationalities. I highly recommend their services in navigating the complex real estate market especially when time is of the essence!

It seemed a bit sketchy at first, to be honest, but everything turned out great, communication was good. The room was very good but some things were broken/not working, which I immediately informed the landlord about, but no one came to check it out. Anyways, it was not really important stuff, but items like a desk lamp, etc. overall, amazing location, didn't have any problems with the landlord.

The accomodations offered correspond to the ads and are very well maintained, and the staff is very pleasant and responsive. All in all would recommend.

Reboutique has amazing service!! I would recommend to anyone. They were initially suggested to me from a friend an I'm glad I utilized them. Booking was easy and Reboutique was very helpful answering my many questions. Especially Faith. All you have to do is go to their website and email about where you would like to book and someone answers within 24 hours. It’s hard finding housing abroad when you never have before, but they made it easy, stress free and secure.

Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find the kitchen cabinets filled with expired products and infested with bugs. This was particularly concerning given the presence of a cleaning service, which should have addressed these issues prior to my arrival. Additionally, the balcony was cluttered with boxes and used liquor bottles, a fact seemingly unknown to REBoutique, highlighting a concerning lack of oversight.

I encountered financial discrepancies during my stay. Notably, I was fined for late rental payments which, upon reviewing my contract, I realised were not warranted. The overall service was mediocre, characterized by unhelpful and sometimes hostile interactions, especially in the house chat. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere, detracting significantly from my living experience.

The handling of my security deposit was particularly troubling. Despite assurances of being informed about any potential repair costs post-final cleaning, I was not contacted. Instead, a substantial amount was deducted for room painting without my prior knowledge or consent, which felt unjust and opaque.

My experience with REBoutique was marred by a series of inconveniences, ranging from cleanliness issues to financial irregularities and poor communication. It appears that REBoutique lacks sufficient regard for its clients, especially considering the prices they maintain, leading to a frustrating and disappointing rental experience. Potential renters should be aware of these issues when considering REBoutique for their housing needs.

Finding a place in Milan with REboutique has been efficient and at competitive prices. Plus, even years after leaving the property, Andrea has always been available to help me with useful references. Definitely recommend.

It's the second room my daughter rented a room with ReBoutique. Both times where hassle-free with very professional, helpful and available people from the Agency. The apartments are good and well situated. Perfect for international students in Milan. There are, probably, less expensive Agencies but the difference is justified by the quality and peace of mind. Gialia hepled us for the very first moment. We were worried because we coudn’t find an apartment and she looked a lot of rooms for us and in less than 2 hours we had where to live. Very comprehensive and kind, totally recomended.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Andrea and Giulio are highly professional, very responsive and go beyond the "landlord - tenant" relationship to ensure the best living experience for students in Milan. As a mother of a Canadian student going abroad on exchange, I was reassured that my son was well taken care of and had a safe, and comfortable place to stay in Milan.
