We hired the rebuilders group to repair our roof and some structural damage on our condo building. Overall we are pleased with the results and would hire again if needed. The job was completed before the summer which was a a non negotiable stipulation which made theHOA board happy.
If you are a subcontractor - do not do business with Rebuilders Group unless you don't mind not getting paid for months after work performed per contract. Word gets around the industry...I'm not the only sub that had to wait several months after payment was due to get paid despite the Rebuilders getting paid from the project months before. This has got to be the most unethical business I have done work for.
Rebuilders Group is a total disaster. Run from them, don't walk! They screwed me and my neighbors out of over $130,000. Their work is shotty and they don't stand behind anything they do. They have a terrible reputation and they deserve it. They are totally dishonest crooks.
Rebuilders completed a huge condo renovation project on our condo complex in Florida which included work to be conducted inside and outside the condos.
They dumped debris in my showers and sinks (sinks were clogged) stained my stairway landing trim so bad it had to be repainted (from traffic through the condo), propped my door open with the deadbolt which resulted in cracking the door (from wind slamming it shut) and breaking two deadbolts, and removed my shutter tracks and lost the hardware.
My condo was prepped for construction by moving all my furniture and covering it with plastic. When we reentered it was all uncovered and covered with construction debris with several things moved and broken.
With the exception of replacing the door (after MANY) emails, they took responsibility for fixing nothing else and refused to repaint the damaged trim.
Rebuilders Group completed an exterior building renovation and repair. Our condos are on the beach and suffer constant weather conditions. They were professional, on time, and on budget. I would definitely rehire again.
