I joined the group with Frank after 10 plus years of struggling with PMO. I was sick of the addiction and ready for change. I was going down a dark path when I first talked to Frank and after talking with him I decided to sign up for the group course. It was the best decision I ever made! I was able to not only realize why I was going to PMO But also improve other areas of my life that I haven’t been able to before. I would like to thank Frank and all the guys in the group for all the love and support and also GOD for allowing me to find Rebuilt Recovery to take hold of my life once and for all! This program has changed the trajectory of my life by implementing structure and laying out a foundation from which I can grow personally, spiritually, and physically.

Coach Frank's program is a solid, well put together program to follow, but it was my weekly one-on-one video calls with him that made the difference in my recovery.

While I was grateful for his personal knowledge dealing with this struggle, it was his words of sincere encouragement and support each week, over a 16 week period, that helped me FINALLY believe that I could overcome this 40+ years addiction.

As someone who struggled with porn for years and years i can't remember how many times i told myself "this is the last time". I came across a few of Frank's videos on youtube that resonated with me and i decided to reach out and learn more about his one on one coaching. We scheduled a call and Frank told me a bit about the program and i decided i was ready to fully commit to the 16 week program as i knew that porn was holding me back from the things i wanted to accomplish in my life. Frank never judged me for anything i shared with him on our calls and always had great insights and suggestions any time i felt like i was stuggling with things. Porn really messes with your brain and its not always going to be easy to quit but i promise you this course if worth every penny. I no longer identify as a boy trying to quit porn. I'm no a man who doesn't watch porn and the joy i get of life and the little things trumps any short term gratification i ever received from watching porn. The effects i'm now realizing are improved discipline. Ability to focus and do deep work without discrations. Increased confidence in all social settings. More energy and motivation. I can't thank Frank enough for helping me get my life back. I feel extremely gratful for his guidance throughout the program. With all honesty! This by far was the best start of the year for me! Coach Frank provided all the tools for us to be free. He provided us with daily routine, Prayer, Strategies, Books, Faith based guests, we had monthly one on one calls with Coach Frank to check on our progress. Besides all the recovery part, Coach really dived in to a lot of structure self development ethics and strategies that really shaped me in to having an elite mentality even when life circumstances hit a curve on us. Coach Frank is the best of the best. I'm grateful to many people who have helped me in my journey of recovery from Porn dependency. I learned many tools and resources that made a difference. My original expectation for signing up for Rebuilt Recovery was to eliminate PMO in my life. Boy, was I mistaken, in a good way. I got much more than just eliminating PMO. Frank and I met a little over a year ago. He was actually seeking me out for a service that I provide. We got to know one another on a friendly and professional basis, and over time I came to learn what it is he does. I was well aware of the fact that I could very well use his expertise, and I kicked myself for not pulling the trigger earlier.

By waiting to address my issues with PMO, I continued to spin my wheels in every facet of my life. My experience with the Rebuilt Recovery program was phenomenal. The accountability via group coaching calls was second to none. Having a group of comrades to lean on, brainstorm, and learn / grow with was just the icing on the cake. Throughout the course of the program I found myself feeling and loving for others and myself in ways that I hadn't since I was a child. This program helped me rediscover my heart and build a new awareness in life.

Throughout all of this, my business and personal relationships have improved. I truly care about others and their success. My partner and I are connecting like we never have before, laughing like hyenas and loving like soulmates. The bad days are even better. I've recently tackled a couple of milestones in life and business that previously would have scared the living $#!& out of me.

One of my favorite features of this program is the guest appearances. Frank and the Rebuilt Recovery team will periodically have guest speakers attend group calls. These folks are all high performing individuals who have seen the dark side of a life filled with PMO, but have overcome the hold that it may have previously had on their lives. These speakers all offer a unique perspective on becoming a high performing individual based on their expertise.

If you think you've got it, why haven't you stopped? Would you be truly fulfilled in life if you were doing the same things today in one year, 5 years, 10 years? Belief

That pretty much was key for me. Very early on into the program, Frank believed in me, I believed in the process, and I trusted God, my brothers, and Frank to do the work. On the other side, I am a completely rebuilt man.

As of this review I am 120 days completely sober: no pmo of any kind. I lost 21 lbs through keto/carnivore, and at least in my upper body I gained some strength!

I honestly couldn’t recommend the program enough, if you believe and do what is asked of you, you too can be rebuilt!

This course has helped me reset my systems by providing the coaching, tools and new systems in place to focus on what truly matters. Frank does an awesome job in shifting you away from porn! So glad I INVESTED not just the money but the TIME and sticking with it! Thank you for this program!

The Rebuilt Recovery program has been a concoction of grueling, painful, sobering, inspiring and life-changing. I'm short, this program is transcendent. It's difficult to make sense of how different my life was 4 months ago to where it is now. My mindset has completely shifted from that of an atrophied, victimized state to that of an active participant and owner in the desired trajectory of my life. I now have a more acute awareness of my role in creating the life desire for myself and a blueprint as well as experience in accomplishing my goals.

Just how everything is laid out in the program and structured is life-changing. Before I joined his program, porn and lust owned me.
