Bought 2 seat covers 29th July..money taken immediately...as at 12th August no sign of delivery and customer service via AI bloody useless ....will never use this company again...feel that I have been well and truly scammed ....as at 14th August no sign of the delivery and you will see the stupid response down below from the company no doubt generated by AI...if they could only take the funds on delivery it would be a different story....this is why people use Amazon because of unreliable companies like this one ..we are now on Friday 14th August and this company has still failed to deliver and advise whether the items have been sent, where they are etc...On Monday next I shall issue court proceedings for return of my money, costs and damages...what a bloody shower ...Hi and it' saturday 15th August and this company of scammers has no answer to my request for the whereabouts of the goods ordered..it has simply taken my money and that is an end to the matter,...so I shall enjoy seeing them in court and claiming hundreds of euros for damages and compensation...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...do not use this company,...they are SCAMMERS ...update: 16th August no change...tomorrow I start court proceedings against these scammers for the return of my money, costs and damages ...17th August and no goods arrived but of course money taken...I have today generated court proceedings for return of my money, damages and costs...I estimate these at around 4500 euros which for goods of 99 euros is ridiculous but this company has definitely scammed me and they are not going to get away with it ...18th August today and no resolution of this matter...they refuse to return my money so today we sue them for money return, damages and costs....this is why you have to rely on Amazon where there is never a query...I reiterate my earlier advice : DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE SCAMMERS IN MY OPINION

Great service, poor delivery
5* for price and quality. 2* at best for delivery. It isn't clear that this is an international purchase, or that delivery will take a week or more despite paying 10€ for a small, light item. Delivery date and costs should be clearer. If Amazon can tell you when your parcel will arrive for free, these guys should be able to for 10 euros. UPDATE: Telling me delivery times in response to a review doesn't solve the issue at point of purchase does it? PUT IT CLEARLY ON YOUR WEBSITE 😉

Who said that exceptional customer service! Nowhere near, but appalling. Website nice and promising quick delivery, and was indicated that parts in warehouse. The parts were more expensive than on other online competitor shop, but chose them only because on website was indicated quick delivery of 2 days. I needed parts quick. Place order on Wednesday morning and got parts after 10 days, after week late Friday afternoon. It came from Germany not from Spain. Got message that it takes longer than usual, and I get 3 euro discount for next purchase. What a joke and another marketing trick. Nothing good about this experience, lost time and ruined my plans, by giving false promise and not delivering as advertised. Not going to buy from them again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Still haven't received my parts. Site lists reputable shipping partners, however they sent my package with zeleris. They lied about trying to deliver multiple times. I've ordered from another website an received it within 5 days. This is my first and last time buying off your garbage company.
