Ayer llamo para pedir cita

Ayer llamo para pedir cita, para que me arreglen una lavadora me dicen que lo apuntan y que me llamarán, al día siguiente llamo para ver si van a tardar mucho en llamar y la empleada me pasa con y técnico y me dice que si puede venir en 45 minutos a ver la lavadora y le comento que me es imposible ya que no estoy en casa, le digo si puede ser mañana y me dice que no que tiene mucho trabajo todo eso con un esfuerzo tremendo por mi parte ya que no entendía casi nada de lo que me decía conclusión que me colgó el teléfono y se acabó la conversación.
Esta empresa es una de las que tiene mejores reseñas, supongo que he tenido mala suerte con el técnico que me ha tocado, y la telefonista muy desagradable.
