Flat out fraudulent

Flat out fraudulent. Phone was sent to them in excellent cosmetic condition (despite me labeling it as "good" for a few minor micro scratches) and they lowered the price nearly $200 (yes, $200) after receiving it citing "moderate wear on the sides" and a "small scratch on the screen". Somehow that doesn't qualify as "good" quality. I have photos documenting the condition it was sent in and it was in better than good condition. Avoid at all costs.

Also, notice how EVERY single 5-star reviewer only has 1 review posted. This website is flooded with fake reviews. Do your research folks.

Trustpilot WRONGFULLY Removed My Original Review

WARNING: Trustpilot WRONGFULLY removed my original review of this company. I did NOT violate ANY terms or conditions regarding my FIRSTHAND authentic (not good) experience with this company. That said, when I contacted the company after the problem with the check they sent me, the company finally rectified the problem (after 3 months of back and forth) and sent me a new check. So I would say that things were ultimately resolved satisfactorily. Hence I'm now giving them 3 stars instead of the original 1 star review.

Bad company to deal with

I sent in my phone which was a Samsung Galaxy A50. I got it direct from Verizon. When they got the phone they told me it was locked to t Mobile. I got the phone from Verizon. It only had service with Verizon. Will never use this company ever again and advise people about how bad this company is. I had them send me the phone back and when I got it phone was all messed up. It had a lot of things on it that it didn’t have when I sent it to them. I did a factory reset when I sent it in but the company didn’t do a factory reset when they sent phone back. Very unhappy with this company. Don’t do business with this company ever. Thanks

Bait and Switch pricing

Bait and Switch pricing. Deliberately vague descriptions to lure in trade ins only to offer barely half of the quote.

Company got around to replying a year and a half later in hopes that I wouldn't respond to them trying discredit my genuine experience with an outright lie. The frame on the device was not remotely bent. If they are blatantly lying on Trustpilot, that should tell you everything you need to know with regards doing business with them.

Unfortunately, the frame on your device was bent. Our good condition (the condition selected) allows for minor wear however a bent frame is more severe which caused the lowered price. The reason for this is that we would need to tell a potential buyer the frame is bent which would cause many to not want to purchase the device causing it to have less value.

Complete rip off

Complete rip off. I only used them because of the initial offer. But they changed offer price by over 50%. I asked for my phone back and sold them to a competitor for 30% more. Bait and switch scam .. stay away.

As stated on our website, the minimum battery health for devices is 85% and yours was 73%; Experts recommend a battery replacement at 80%-85%. Because your battery needed to be replaced it was necessary to drop the price in order to cover the repair. You decline the revised offer and your device was shipped back to you promptly at our cost.
