I waited nearly two weeks to get an update on my package that was stuck in France. Barely any help from these guys. Finally my package arrived and I notice the whole keft sleeve of the sweater I ordered is stained. I can’t believe they had the nerve to send this to me. Straight up criminals!
Terrible communication and seriously unhelpful. They sent my package to the Netherlands rather than Ireland somehow and now its been stuck in the Netherlands for over 10 days, they rarely reply to emails and just ignore them. Joke
I ordered some clothing to the UK from their webstore based in France. Items arrived, some things didn't fit.
To send a return is usually straight forward, but reception actively hide the return address on their site. They also say, if you don't send it back within 14 days, the return won't be valid.
Their support team didn't respond to my email or Instagram for 2 weeks, I sent the package return via DPD and they rejected the package.
Now its sat in France for the last month.
I would say this company is a joke, don't trust them with your money. If you want to buy reception in the UK use another site like End or Goodhood.
