The team at Recharge have been nothing short of fantastic. Prices are super competitive and the quality is exceptional. I’ll certainly be recommending to others and have already got some small bits on pre Order for February.

Delivery times were as advertised and exceptionally quick for a pandemic. They even replaced a clip of mine that broke at no extra cost. Customer service was excellent - they responded within a few hours at most.

Emailed about some 5k plates i needed. Got back really quickly and where very helpful. Very quick delivery. And cost a fraction of the price les mills charge just for added branding! Would use again and would deffo recommend!

Recently purchased their equivalent of the smartbar and was pleasantly surprised to see that despite being less than half the price of the Les Mills equivalent, the quality and durability was still excellent.

Customer service has been first class from start to finish. Grant took the time to listen to what we wanted and made honest recommendations - even going as far as to say that some of the items we had our eye on probably weren’t needed based on what we told him. A clear indication of integrity rather than the money grabbing approach of many other fitness equipment suppliers during this pandemic.

It was very difficult to find a supplier with equipment, let alone fair prices but Recharge Fitness ticked both boxes. I’d have no hesitation in using them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Great customer service. I had a question and they got back to me straight away. A few of my items were preorders and I was kept informed of expected delivery dates, which were stuck to. Well packaged and excellent quality products. I got a 15kg barbell (amongst other things) which was half the price of some bigger retailers and it is brilliant. Solid with a good spin and knurling. Overall very happy!

Absolutely fantastic support - technical questions about their products answered quickly and in good detail. I ordered products with a long lead time and was kept updated on the progress throughout. Products arrived and fantastic quality and the customer service and support has been second to none.

The team behind recharge are amazing! They were amazing at communicating when I wanted to add to my order/ask questions, they even tracked down my order over the shipment weekend because they knew how excited I was to receive it! Great business to work with. During these times (the dreaded covid19 lockdown) these guys have stock that other companies just havn't been able to acquire so they are a life-saver for those not wanting to drop their fitness goals despite gyms being shut.
Communicating with them regarding my order was very easy (which is a MASSIVE plus!) and they've done everything to ensure i'm satisfied.
I'll be keeping them at the top of my list for whenever I need anything else.
