Great deal on some gym flooring , very helpful , flooring looks great

Bought a set of dumbells (rack included) and also a bench. Asked lots of questions beforehand, staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Quality of kit is amazing! Would highly recommend!

We recently decided to refit our home gym, not a huge space, about 20sqm, and the first thing to sort out was the flooring. We had always used cheap foam interlocking mats. Now its time to do it properly and use rubber mats.
I got samples and quotes from various companies and though I'd decided which route to go down..........well, that was until I received a call from Zak at Recharge following my online enquiry. I consider myself hard to impress and a fussy, grumpy old git but Zak couldn't have been anymore accommodating! I asked for pictures of products to see the difference in colours, and he even sent over videos from their warehouse showing me what I wanted to see and talked me through my requirements. This was in the space of about an hour over whatsapp! Amazing.
I was so impressed that I placed my order then and there and it all arrived on a pallet the following day so that I could do the install that weekend. It was a nice touch that it arrived with a couple of freebies too :-)
I miscalculated my need and had to order a couple more bits and yet again, they arrived the following day.
I received a call from Ryan (the boss) to check I was happy with everything and I was more than pleased to tell him what a great experience it had been so far.
My little order isn't going to let these guys retire that's for sure but I was treated as if it was a refit for the entire David Lloyd group and that customer service is rare these days!

First phone call to the last , the job was delayed that was our fault , Ryan totally understood and was very accommodating. The floor was fitted on time and with no fuss , probably in the 2 hottest days of the year . The installation team Ian and Nathan was superb. Nothing was to much trouble . I highly recommend Ryan and Team . Value and quality first class . Definitely will use again

Recharge were great from start to finish, we really felt like they supported our vision and played a key role in helping us launch our gym. We were initially recommended Recharge and I'm pleased we used them to supply our kit. The whole team were great to work with, the gym equipment itself is excellent and the installation team did a great job. Highly recommend them, no matter what gym you want to setup!

From start to finish the Recharge Team have been amazing. Very professional with quotes and adjustments to orders. Offered great advice on the equipment and also mock up designs of the gym layout.
Communication from Ryan was always timely and each step of the process managed brilliantly. I never felt I had to chase for information or answers to questions.
Ian and Nathan provided an excellent fit out, communicated and asked questions when needed. Advised when I had questions also using their knowledge and experience. They tidied up and removed packaging to ensure a professional finish.
