As a working, international student I was owed about 750 euros from a previous landlord. After months of wasted time I decided to pay for the services of Advofleet to recoup the money. It worked they wrote me to say they successfully collected the money from my previous landlord. Which begs, the question why don't I have my money.

Over 2 months have gone by and I have wasted even more time trying to collect my money from Advofleet than I did from my previous landlord. Every call is said to be returned but never is and no email is ever answered with real information about when the money will be returned.

I find myself in the same situation as before but now I have spent additional money in the process (paying Advofleet).

I feel tired, frustrated, wronged and above all else like i've been robbed.

I never had the expectation that the money would be in my account the day after they collected it from my previous landlord but I did expect to have my money returned to me.

I don't know if or when my money will be returned but what I know for sure is

When you need help you need trust and you won't find that at Advofleet!
