difficult to speak with someone
I had to phone 5 times starting at 8.30am waiting 20 minutes without a reply before I finally got to speak with someone at 15.30. This is not very good service and very frustrating.

Overall good advice
Overall good advice, agent was helpful. I was however a little disappointed it was not available in English (I didn't see this mentioned on the website) and that the waiting time on hold is also charged.

Not suitable for English speakers
Not suitable for English speakers. I waited on the line for almost 30 minutes, hoping to reach a real person. After 20 minutes, an automated message in Dutch started playing, but I couldn’t understand it. Then, the system abruptly disconnected the call. Very disappointing experience.

LONG WAIT & NO English service
After waiting on the line for 12 minutes, I was informed that they cannot conduct the call in English. There is no information on the website that says that calls cannot be conducted in English — it is a deceptive business practice to mislead people into paying for a service and then not provide the service.

Thank you for your review. We understand that the waiting time was frustrating, and we would like to explain why the call could not be conducted in English. Our services are exclusively in Dutch due to the complexity of legal conversations. It is important that our lawyers use the correct terminology to avoid misunderstandings, not all are perfect English speakers. Furthermore, for quality control purposes, conversations must be understandable for other lawyers within the company.
Our website is entirely and exclusively in Dutch, and we do not advertise English-language services. Should you still wish to use our services, you are welcome to call with the assistance of a translator, such as a friend or family member. In the future, we are considering offering planned consultations in other languages, but for now, we only offer assistance in Dutch.
We want to make clear that wrongly assuming that we provide services in English, does not mean we mislead clients into paying for services we cannot provide.

NO ANSWER AFTER 23 Minutes after which they hang up on me
I waited on the line for 23 minutes x 1.2 EUR PM = 27.6 EUR WITHOUT ANYONE picking up. The worst of all is that I didn't hang up the phone but the line dropped on its own. Terrible experience.
