Finish power ball ultimate plus dishwasher tablets I brought this to try instead of my usual fairy tablets and I can’t believe the difference these do not clean very well at all I have to check each item after it comes out of the dishwasher and most have to go through twice my usual fairy top of the range tablets handle everything in one wash

Their Vanish Oxi Action stain remover certainly does not remove all stains. far from it!
I accidentally got marker pen ink on my favourite Ralph Lauren polo shirt, but stupidly thought as it turns out Vanish Oxi Action will get that out. Based on their adversiting statements and adverts.

Did it work not a chance depsite following their instructions to the letter 3 times, mere a waste of my time and effort.

So the end result a £105 polo shirt ruinned. Because they could not live up to their claims. Outstanding Not!

REF: RB00059159344 Cillit Bang Product leaked into our Stainless Steel Bathroom Cabinet and destroyed the base inside. The resulting hole ruined the use of the Cabinet. We tried to contact Reckitt at various times, we were transferred to Southern Europe but they were difficult to understand and eventually, but they emailed me to to supply pics of the damage but they had to be reduced to individual shots. I managed to do this ( I am in my 80's ) Having managed this, I sent them off and then waited and waited and waited. No response, finally phoned the Slough No. and managed to speak to an operative who assured us a Manager would phone us back ( He never did ! ) I did this 3 times but no return call ). We also claimed for a New replacement Cabinet we had purchased costing £45 plus and someone to fit it to the wall. In desperation, I am hoping this Review will prompt someone at Reckitt into action to settle this matter.

this company abuse customers who ring up with a legitimate complaint and then wont take complaint even ringing head office in slough the reception staff are abuseive and will not allow you to make a complaint or Subject Access Request and promptly hang up the phone then when you ring back they choose what calls to answer.
