Paid for a license but it doesn't work. Customer support is non-responsive. Website references a "live chat" feature, and the ability to "create a ticket" for support -but neither of those options are actually available from what I can tell. Wondering if I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card to resolve this.

Easy to update, easy to unlock, and recovers NAS BTRF files and folders in a breeze. Keep up the good work.

They offer some great tools and some of them are free. It just feel that these guys care so I want to support them Thanks for all the data recovery support all these years.

Ok so I probably should have backed up my stuff and not stored it all on a 128gb micro sd card....

Was easy to download and install and the program found all my data! It has a nice simple interface and I like that the program constantly receives updates.

As a side note, I had to contact customer service about some details on my setup and they were super receptive!

One day one of my external hard drives wouldn't boot up normally. There was a lot of the data I didn't back up and needed some of the files on there. Wasn't sure if I could recover any of the files, but based on reviews online, ReclaiMe was a good piece of software. I was skeptical but tried the free version to see if it could create a disk image file. To my surprise, it did. So I purchased a license to actually recover files and it actually worked! I was so happy to recover files I thought I might lose. This is a great piece of software, and I recommend if you're having trouble accessing data on a hard drive. It's easy to use, and the company has several user-friendly guides on their website to help you. 5 out of 5 experience for me.

My WD CLOUD showed two 6TB hard drives as failed. Tried recovery through a few professionals but they said it is not possible while one guy gave few random files as recovered. Then I went through the internet and downloaded a few recovery sofwares and tried and failed. Then I found reclaime which easily found my hdd's and after 16hrs I could see all my folders - then I started the 9 hour recovery and was able to recover about 90% of my stuff. I think reclaime is underrated and more people need to know about it.

I tried several recovery utilities after my RAID5 on QNAP failed and reclaime whas the only one which finished the job of recovering nearly 32TB of data. Many of them are corrupted, but it is due to lost RAID superblock. The only thing is that it does put the files into folders called XLS, DOC, JPG etc. Other products put files into folders eg by author of the document etc. I miss the functionality to choose the foldering of recovered data

I have a QNAP NAS that lost it's RAID configuration and it wouldn't rebuild and I couldn't access my data! I was pretty bummed about all of our family photos and videos being lost forever! I found ReclaiME and was ver sceptical that i would get anything back, BUT it was able to recover the RAID and scan for files. I didn't get 100% of my files back, but it did recover about 80% which was still AMAZING and we are so grateful to have most of our files back!

RecaliMe save my day. I have fail RAID10 and manage to get 100% of its data safely. Worth every penny!!!!

Reclaime worked better than all the other data recovery software I tried. For whatever reason one of my laptops corrupted three external drives in different ways. The latest was "deleting" a bunch of files while copying them to another drive. Other data recovery software could find the files and recovery them, but when duplicates were found, they were also copied over, so a 2tb drive required nearly 4tb of space. Reclaime was the only software that found the duplicates and kept everything as close to original as possible saving me hours of time and tons of precious space on my replacement external drive.

Best tool for recovery lost data on QNAP unit when HDD lost all of its data.

Helped me recover a NAS recently!

I had a client who reset their NAS and forgot how they formatted their drives. The software let me recover the data for them and place it onto the reset NAS. (Ext4 file system)

The synology nas suddenly crashed and the partition (SHR) was broken.
I searched for a program that could recover btrfs and found this software.

Luckily, I was able to recover all the files in userland.

Besides that, I am very happy to be able to recover the data (NTFS) of the old hard disk.

btrfsをリカバリーできるソフトを探してみたらこのソフトがありました。

運よく、ユーザー領域のすべてのデータのリカバリーに成功しました。

その他、昔に使っていたハードディスクのデータ(NTFS)をリカバリーできてめちゃ気分がいい状態です。

もし、リカバリーツールを使用するのであればこれをお勧めします。

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. The interface is intuitive and easy to learn. It helped me recover files from a failed Synology NAS mirrored device. It is well worth the investment, and I like that it's "by once forever" and not a subscription-type service. In short, I highly recommend this recovery software.
