So far I've been waiting months for…

So far I've been waiting months for these so called forms, probably aboutba YEAR!!! So that the claim can be submitted to HMRC. I've HEARD NOTHING and received NO FORMS. This is an absolute joke. I know I'm entitled to a refund, but unless this company actually do what they are meant to do, I will.have to contact HMRC myself. Probably better off doing so
