Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, we bought a riser recliner originally from Darren for my father... but were soon back buying another for my mother! Thank you all at Recline@eeze!
From the start to finish I received a helpful and informative service. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel pressurised as I looked through numerous books to choose a fabric I liked. Delivery was slightly sooner than quoted. Darren had to take my old heavy leather chair away. No easy task given a very steep drive and numerous steps. I sat watching, doubting whether he would be able to do it all on his own! He did whilst taking the upmost care not to damage anything along the way. I’m sure if you asked him my delivery was up there with the most challenging ones he has encountered. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy throughout. I would have no hesitation in dealing with you again.
We have purchased two rise recliner chairs and two rise recliner beds. On both occasions the service and delivery has been great. Prefer to use a local supplier and we have not been disappointed.
