Nothing but great experiences so far from Recoil Gunworks!

Update: Just received a reply from Recoil. I understand things happen, but my original email received no response. However, once I posted a negative review on here, I received a response within about 2 hours. Kind of odd. I will potentially adjust my review once my order is finally received.

On the first emailed detailed invoice I received after placing my order, the hyperlink on the email to direct me to the specifics of my order sent me to an “error 404” link with zero information. The invoice on the email said I was supposed to receive my order on 2021-04-07. It’s currently April the 19th and I have yet to receive my order. I sent a follow up email on the 11th and have yet to receive a reply. Customer service is horrible and I do not foresee myself doing business with this company in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I have ordered the same kind of products and ammunition previously from other online retailers and they are far superior not only with their customer service, but with shipping, and overall service and products. I did receive an updated email this past Friday with a tracking number (that actually worked) and I am supposed to receive my order tomorrow. We shall see. I understand the current situation with supply and demand, but the lack of communication and poor customer service with this company is unparalleled.

Update: Received my order and everything was correct. I understand things happen and it appears this company was going through a website transition whenever I originally placed my order. Their prices were better than many other sites I searched and I did receive a reply and explanation on here. So I adjust my rating to 4 stars.

Delivery service informed me that I would receive my package last Friday (4-9-21) by 7pm. Never arrived and received no information as to a new scheduled delivery. When can I expect my product?

My first time in ordering ammo from Recoil Gunworks. The price for 9mm was fantastic considering that everyone else is selling it for $.90-$1.20 a round, paying roughly $.65 round is very good.
The order was handled quickly and shipped quickly also. It came as 20 boxes of 50 so it'll be easier to handle than if it had been 1000rds in a bag.
