Andrea and Amy at the company could not have been more reassuring and supportive. Going through the assessment process is a very uncertain and stressful time, especially having a potentially neuro divergent child who does like socialising, but Andrea and Amy have a calming presence and put her at ease and myself at ease instantly. I reached out to Andrea at a time of confusion and mental dysregulation. I felt stuck and I was having a lot of self-doubt and high anxiety; apart from feeling down about life and myself, that was impacting negatively my relationship with my son and my partner. I am a trauma-informed therapist myself and working with Andrea was a most healing co-creative process. We had 8 sessions together, which helped me re-establish a clear communication path with my loved ones, reduce anxiety and restore emotional balance. In all our sessions, Andrea proved to be gentle, empathetic, knowledgeable, focused, intuitive and flexible in her approach. She has a gift for asking difficult, challenging questions with kindness and relevant professional awareness. She is warm and funny too and overall a lovely human being apart from a consummate professional. I felt heard, understood and supported. I am highly recommending her to anyone seeking psychological guidance and support in difficult periods.

Reconnect now carried out an ADOS assessment for my daughter. They were professional, sympathetic and supportive throughout the whole procedure. My daughters wellbeing was their top priority throughout. We were given time and consideration throughout the whole process. All decisions made were explained with supporting evidence. ReconnectNow delivered mental health first aid for our young people. They were very professional right through and tailored those workshops for the young people. It was easy for them to understand.
