So the quality of my unit was great, true to length curls were pretty & hardly shed. My problem was it was supposed to be a FULL frontal lace! I got it for my birthday & when I went to my stylist to get it installed it couldn’t even fit my head fully from ear to ear. She had to install it as if it was a closure. I reached out & was offered a discount on my NEXT purchase after telling me to adjust the strap. (As if I wouldn’t have tried that!) Now why in the world would I purchase again when I can’t even wear the $350 unit I JUST BOUGHT?!?! I had it on for my 4 day vacation & had to take it off because one side of my head wasn’t on due to it not fitting smh! Not a great feeling so I won’t be shopping again & don’t recommend!

It is always a risk when purchasing wigs advertised on Social Media amd I am certainly glad I took the risk and ordered from Recool Hair! I have now ordered 3x's from them and I am over the moon with happiness about the quality of the hair, wigs as advertised, and the outstanding customer service I received when I reached out to them with a few questions. Do to Cancer and other illnesses I have to wear wigs and I have been for years. I ha e ordered from several different companies and now I will only order from Recool Hair! I finally found what I have been looking for!

Do not trust the influencers you see on TikTok and Instagram. This company is a scam, and they will never ship your wig or hair extensions to you. This is just some scam company out of China. They pick and choose who to send their products too and the rest NEVER GET THEIR ORDER. BUYER BEWARE.

The best wig I would buy again

The customer service? 5 stars! The hair? 5 stars! It was actually the density they said it would be which is rare nowadays. The delivery? 5 stars. I've finally found a hair company I can trust for quality hair.

I hate recool wigs they sent me a wig that wasnt big enough to put on my cats head. They are shady & bad for business. They have ignored my emails & request they are also stupid because if the wig was what I asked for I was going to order three more wigs from them I'm glad I didn't order them all at once. They are just cheating people out of money taking peoples money that wig was so small that I really couldn't fit it on my head and I clearly stated on my order that I needed a size 23 I don't know what size that was, but babe ! I couldn't get it on my head and something should be done about it. It should be illegal for people to scam you out of money. I hate Recool wigsand I hope that nobody ever orders from them they should be shut down for fraud. They never responded but they have my money for a wig that I can't even wear I was going to send the wig back and hope for a refund , but I didn't do it because if they didn't respond, they could've took my wig back re-sold it and dont give me my money back. They should be prosecuted for such fraudulent behavior screw RECOOL hair wigs. I hope you burn 🔥 in hell !😡😡

I really wanted to love this wig, but I have to be honest for anyone considering purchasing. The hair arrived with a very strong chemical odor. I’ve washed, co-washed, deep conditioned, and even tried clarifying treatments, but the smell continues to come back—especially when the hair gets wet or damp.

The texture itself isn’t bad, but the persistent odor makes it difficult to wear comfortably. For the price, I expected better quality control in processing and preparation.

I would recommend being cautious, as quality may vary between batches. Unfortunately I won’t be repurchasing. The hair straight up STINKS.

I ordered a 26 inch wig that was in the color red with curls. I would say the wig is very beautiful but the curls did not last throughout the 1st day of wearing it. Typically, any wig that I've ever purchased that had any type of body wave or curl, whether it be synthetic or real hair, the curls lasted for as long as I owned the wig. I'll have to curl it every time I wear it now which I'm disappointed about but the color and value for the wig was good enough for me to be happy with it.

Wig review
I had the BEST experience with RECOOL hair. The wig was exactly what I ordered, 30in middle part beach wave glueless and it gave just that! The lace was precut, pre plucked, and it came with a draw string so that I could tighten it to my liking. I ordered it February 28th, and I got me wig March 9th which is very quick! Recool hair is the best choice for me and it should be the best choice to you!

My experience was great because the company kept me updated on my order I received it very fast as well and it was also shipped fast too the wig is beautiful and I will definitely tell my friends about recool hair and definitely order again

It is one thing to false advertise a product, another to refuse to refund someone their back for and item that was falsely advertised. Spent all my hard working money to buy a 250% density 30 inch and all i got was a cheap ass wig that looked like and smell like plastic and shreds so badly. I emailed and asked for a refund and I was given points and a bunch of excuses as to why the wig is the way it is. And is refusing to refund me my $250.99 . Even shein has better hair than than this. If you want good wigs go to ISEEHAIR. I took a chance on this company and I regret it with my last breath. RECOOL can I get my refund of $250.99 please no dramas
