Great product, speedy delivery

Had a few problems with stock and delivery but these were out of Recosports control. They have offered compensation to rectify this! Happy customer.

I'm very happy with my product, however I have given 3 star for the reason of--it was delivered by someone throwing it over my back gate!!! Being a ski helmet I'd like it to be in one to protect my head. I was not very impressed. However product is very good just delivery let it down

I had to return a faulty item (Not Recosport's Fault) and spoke to them before doing so. They arranged for the supplier to send a replacement directly to me along with a returns packet for the faulty item.
I'll now get my replacement MUCH quicker and will simply have to return the faulty item when I'm able. NO MESSING!

Ordered something that turned out to be the wrong size. Returned the goods to Recosports using the simple instructions and a replacement was sent within five working days. Great service and would recommend Recosports. Will definetly be using them again.

The best service , support, communication and general helpfulness I have come across.
Easy to deal with via mail or on the phone, I have used Recosport twice now and will use again, I had cause to return an item under warranty after it failed within 6 months this was no trouble and the outcome was a replacement on my doorstep within 2 days.
And finally the prices they sell at are the best I have found so it seems to be win win when you buy from Recosport.

Ordered a polar rsx3 for my brother in-law who was just in the uk for a couple days... I was worried that it would not get to me in time so I called and spoke to a very helpful guy called Jonathon, who went out of his way to reassure me and make sure it arrived on time! As well as answer a few questions I had about extras for the watch!!!!!

Having asked a few different sellers, I got into contact with Reco Sports on the off chance that they could supply me with a bulk order of Under Armour tees for our Tough Mudder Team.

To my surprise, as none of the other sellers were able to help, Reco managed to sort us out with the exact tops we were looking for with as little hassle as possible.

I am always a little weary ordering from a company that i have never heard of before but i wouldn't hesitate to use Recosports in the future. I needed some Compression Calf Guards for a race and as always, i left it to the last minute. I normally use Amazon or Ebay but have had varied results with delivery times. Recosports actually came in cheaper than both Amazon and ebay so i took the gamble.... a gamble that paid off! I immediately had an email from the company, a personal one, not one of those automatic ones. I emailed them back just to check that they did have the item in stock and that it would be with me in time. Moments later, i had a reply confirming that my item was packaged and ready for dispatch on the next day (I placed the order on a Bank Holiday weekend).

My order arrived as promised, well packaged and undamaged. I will definitely use Recosports in the future and have already recommended to friends who have also ordered.
