Biggest waste of money
Biggest waste of money. Wasn't able to recover a single a video. I wish I could give 0 stars. The service I did not recover much of anything.

I have 40 years of files and folders on drives that failed. The hard drives were to old. No one here could get any files off them. I joined Wondershare after GPT Chat suggested it as the best. Then I followed instructions and it worked great!!!

waste of time
I purchased the software. It was awful and didnt come close to what i needed. And its been impossible to get any refund despite them promising i would. Avoid paying all that money for this software. Their customer service is abysmal.
And as for their response below, complete nonsense I've contacted them countless times they offer no help or refund.

The software delivered on its promise. I managed to recover half of the photos lost on an micro SD card; I didn't recover more because I used the card without realizing I had lost the photos. Tip: stop using devices when you notice a file or photos are missing. Otherwise, 5 stars for Wondershare Recoverit.

I was so worried that I couldn't find the photo files of my best friend's wedding. Good thing Google AI gave me an idea to download this app and it definitely worked and was able to retrieve nearly 200 photos of the event. Purchased an annual plan in case it happens again.
