I received the wrong items and a sizing was too small, I emailed them three times only got one reply to acknowledge. Looks like they are not willing to give a postage return in exchange for the correct items etc.

I’ve never received my item and even paid for it

Very disappointed. I received a pair of the compression leggings. They felt good when I put them on but fell down whilst running. I followed the size chart reabtec provided. I emailed to ask for advice and no reply. Very disappointing as they are not cheap.

States deliveries are sent out within 24hrs it’s been 8 days and still not been sent…. Only at the postal address for 2 weeks explained this on about 20 emails no response at all. It took me to go to their Facebook page and ask on there to get a response which they blocked me from. Plenty of time to write on socials but no time to answer emails to customers? Horrendous customer service avoid at all costs!

Delivery time is a total lie, 8 days in and still nothing, they don't reply to any emails I love chat, no tracking number, no delivery day

delivery time failed, after the promised 5 working days no single update on ETA, stuck in the hub since days. So not even able to judge on quality as not even received the orders at all

The overall concept is wonderful. I would have preferred a more accurate size chart. I understand the tights are designed for compression but I did not expect the tights to be so tight that I had trouble putting them on. They don't fit like normal tights. I recommend going 1-2 sizes bigger than your normal size.

Great product. Just didn’t realise that the gel pads came with the socks so we ordered an extra pack.

I was running an ultra marathon for the first time and having lots of problems with calf tightness and strained muscles. This calf sleeve undoubtedly got me through and seems better than the 2 XU's I had been using. After sales service was exemplary as the order was incorrect initially but replaced soon enough that I could use them in time. Very responsive. I can't thank them enough.

Excellent product and seems well manufactured, good stitching around the seams and enough space to accommodate ice packs, post icing the tights themselves provide a nice snug compression without being restrictive. Would recommend remembering to store ice packs outside the freezer when not in use.

Recommend this product to anyone that finds cold therapy / compression therapy useful for them and spends a lot of time running or putting in leg workouts!

Products are good just had an issue with the sizes but hoping they will sort this out .

I wish I could’ve rated it higher than one star but I haven’t even received the package yet and I ordered it a month and a half ago.

Really like the design of the elbow compression sleeves. I wear them for general support during activities then pop in the ice packs afterwards to aid with recovery. The only slight issue I have had is that one of the small ice/heat packs has leaked however I intend to contact Recoverite and seek a replacement. Overall though I’m very happy!

Just bought a second pair, and can’t fault them.As the saying goes, does exactly what it says on the tin.

The product is excellent. My only feedback would be to ensure that there are step-by-step clear instructions (included or on website) for the gel pack compression wear. So how to use the gel packs for injuries, or in warm-up's, or post exercise. How to heat them and for how long etc. How to apply and some tips on application for certain types of injury.

Great product.I suffer from tennis elbow regularly due to work and weight training and find it difficult to implement the heat/cold treatment regime as it's too long messing around with ice and heat packs.
This is ideal,comfortable and does the treatment perfectly and priced reasonably.
Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Excellent product and service. Arrived very quickly and does what it says!! Good value too compared to others. Only one query - why not make a pale skin coloured one with very little logo for wearing under clothes when you need to wear them all day.
