Excellent stuff. I have a knee injury dating back over 30 years and have tried the lot. This is really good; very comforting for my ol' aches 'n pains.

This stuff is fantastic! I ordered the sample sachets first as I have bone marrow oedema in my foot.I have been suffering with this on & off for months & it is incredibly painful.I ordered the full sized bottle which arrived a few days ago & have used it every day since.The pain has almost completely disappeared.I only awarded 4 stars as the packaging was damaged & the top of the pump has snapped off.I can get it to work by balancing the broken bit on the top but obviously this is not ideal! I didn't return it as I wanted to continue using it

I am really happy I have found this product. I have Spinal Stenosis and it definitely takes the edge off the awful pain and nothing else has done this. I have spent pounds on other lotions and potions and this is the best. My Husband has arthritis in his wrist and elbow and he is of the same opinion.
Definitely recommend.

I never write reviews for products but I am making this one an exception only because it works it really does... for years I have been in pain with fibromyagia, pulled shoulders, back ache and arthritis within 5mins of putting this on its like a wave of relief. If you can stand the cold it bit like putting deep freeze on but thus lasts longer but reduces pain levels so much so that I have managed to reduce pain killers and are sleeping better at night. The only thing I have a problem with is finding someone to put it on my back but I have found that even close to pain area the cream travels under the skin and helps. It does have a bit of a weird menthol/vicks smell but doesn't last long. I found if I apply a small amount to the area wait 10mins and apply again if pain isn't going away and again up to 3 times until you learn the amount you need
