I was very pleased with Daniel's work, he was able to recover my 10 year old data from an formatted and encrypted Drive which is unbelievable. All files intact; apparently it was a uniquely difficult job but there was no extra charge. It did take a very long time but he was open about the reasons why and when it was done he was patient about waiting for me to get the money together.

Brought in an SSD with a difficult and complex controller chip issue. Daniel was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the costs involved, the required time, what the process would involve, and the chance of a successful recovery. 2012 MacBook Pro that had an unresponsive hard drive. The Apple store told me it would take minimum 4 weeks and that even if they could fix the issue they would keep the old hard drive. This was unacceptable as I have sensitive work information on the drive.
Recovery Squad did an assessment on the laptop, kept me informed every step they took and were able to retrieve all my information, installed a new hard drive, transferred the entire contents of my old hard drive and now the laptop is operating better than new. Also they returned my old hard drive to me which is extremely important as it still contains all my old information. All this was done in two days. Definitely worth every penny.

Absolutely thrilled that we found Data Recovery Melbourne. We had a NAS Box that failed that dates back to 2009 - almost prehistoric. All 4 drives failed at once. We were using it for family photographs and it was just one of those things we took for granted & got slack with backups. We had some backups scattered here & there on the cloud & others on backup disks but it was not systematic. So when it failed, we lost so many years of photographs & precious memories dating back to 1995. I was devastated. Daniel & his team somehow managed to get this ancient NAS Box up and running & recovered years and years of photographs & videos. I can't express how grateful & happy we are to have this data recovered.
