I found that there is not enough communication the ought the company. Such as from the people who answers the phone and the people who deal with the orders and the refunds. Hope this helps.

Have been playing back and forth games with DPD on a shirt i ordered because apparently Recreo didnt put my address on package!!! 2 days now ive had my package stopped from being delivered because of this and possibly a 3rd! Have had to contact DPD over 5 times via email and now telephone, UNACCEPTABLE. how are you going to send out a package without the first line of the address?!!?!! Cheers for the run about and helping me rack up a phone bill for having to call dpd and being put on hold for 20 minutes

Ordered a minirig with next day delivery, cheaper than anywhere else, and it arrived... 11am the next day!

Sent an email over asking if the next day delivery cut-off time could be stretched & received a quick reply along the lines of they'll do everything in their power to get it sent next day, but don't expect any guarantees if it's after the cut off time - totally fair but worth the ask on my part!
