Excellent Quality and Service
I bought a Carhartt Anchorage Parka on every site it was priced between £130-£180 on this site I paid £107 with free delivery !! I ordered it at 9pm and it was delivered 2 days later I even got a 1 hour time slot

I have checked your order and can confirm you received free Next Day Delivery. As your order was placed after 15:00 on a Friday it was processed and shipped on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. I can only apologies that the item did not arrive as quickly as you had hoped, orders placed after 15:00 are processed and shipped on the next working day.

A free returns label was sent you as soon as we were notified of our mistake, and the goods were booked in for return by yourself on 31st December. The correct product was shipped to you yesterday on an Express Service and a refund has been processed for the cap. Unfortunately as New Years Day fell on a Friday this year the 4th January was the first opportunity we had to ship the correct item to you.
