Incredibly subpar, yet functional.

No TOTP 2FA (solely e-mail). Necessitates upload of educational qualifications via authenticated paper from examination board as digital scans, rather than having the recruitment service directly poll these from the examination boards digitally. Broken HTML formatting on 2FA page (I can literally see the br tags in the body).

Direct communications cannot be deleted or modified subsequent to submission, are unthreaded, and not exposed via any standard protocol like Matrix, e-mail, or ActivityPub (if only the EU DMA applied, eh?)
