Terrible experience from start to finish

I wish I never signed up for RecruiterFlow. I've got a long list of reasons why, here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head

- It's both a CRM and an ATS. It's the best at neither. I think it could be good if you upgraded to the AIRA plan, but that's only available as an annual plan for $2400 per user per year. So for a team of 3, It's $7200 upfront to be able to use the AI features. There's no way I would ever pay that for a software in an age where I could use Claude Code to build a fully custom one.

Without paying the $7200, you're limited in the functionality you'd expect in a CRM, which makes the CRM worse than basically every $50 - $100/month CRM. Once I realized that, I was paying $200/month per user for an ATS that's okay, but far from ideal. If it was $200/month, I probably would've dealt with it. At $200/user/month, with a team of 3, I'd be paying $600/month for an ATS. There's far better options out there. I switched to Ashby.

- The customer service isn't good. They say customer service is available 24/5 (Idk why not 24/7), but it takes like 4-6 hours to get a response on the live chat. Which I definitely wouldn't consider 24 hour a day support.

- There's a lot of things with the ATS that don't make sense. Example: It doesn't parse resumes automatically. If you want the resume parsed, you have to do it one by one. I asked their team if they could update that and they said no, and that I should just make my application page longer to include the info that's already on their resume (Like their work history). It seems like a very simple problem for their dev team to solve, they didn't seem interested in solving it.

- Their migration process seems intentionally difficult. Once I switched ATSs, there was no information on how to migrate out. They told me to book a call, and they had limited availability that didn't work for me. In that time, I couldn't cancel my subscription because the resumes were still saved in RecruiterFlow. When I finished migrating my data, I requested a refund for the period in between when I wanted to migrate out, and they said no.

They have a great careers page. Everything else, I didn't like about RecruiterFlow. I know now that there's better options. I wish I would have spent more time looking into those other options before signing up with RecruiterFlow.

Billing issues leave sour taste!

I liked Recruiterflow at first, but recent issues with billing and prices increasing without notice has really put me off! I have to chase the billing team and CEO multiple times over the course of months... just to pay them. When you do get a reply it's very clearly AI that doesn't actually answer your questions. They never apologise for the delay or the inconvenience caused either.

Highly Recommend - Multiple Benefits

The system is really clean and user-friendly.
Easy on-boarding process and clear pricing and functionality set out from the off.
Ability to submit new feature requests with visibility as to what's important to others, plus a rating system so you know where your idea/request falls priority wise.
Great customer service, both individuals I dealt with from inception to date are friendly and quick to help with questions.
We were brand new into recruiting but Recruiterflow has become one of our biggest assets. Not sure what we'd have done without it it in all honesty.

I had a great experience using the platform

I had a great experience using Recruiterflow. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and really helped streamline our hiring process. The onboarding was smooth, and the support from their team has been exceptional. A special shoutout to our account manager, John, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, making the transition seamless.

Customer Service & Lack of Transparency

Our experience engaging with Recruiterflow during the pre-sales process has been disappointing. The customer service response times were slow once we started asking questions about the onboarding timeline, and communication lacked transparency. We reached out multiple times to discuss onboarding and were told that the data migration timeline had increased from the originally stated 4–6 weeks to 8–10 weeks due to a sudden surge in migrations. More concerning, we were told that in order to even be added to the migration queue, we’d need to pay for an entire year upfront, despite there being 19 companies ahead of us. During the 8–10 week waiting period, we would be expected to rely on our current ATS/CRM for legacy data, while also beginning to input new data into Recruiterflow’s platform. In short, we were asked to commit over $1,000 upfront, plus a $600 migration fee, before being able to fully use the platform or even begin the migration. This would also require temporarily maintaining two platforms in parallel, something that seems unreasonable for a new customer. This approach makes the onboarding process feel like a high-risk investment with little initial return, especially for companies that need a more seamless and supportive transition. We expected greater flexibility and clearer communication and are now reconsidering whether Recruiterflow is the right partner for our team.

It's cheap, basic, buggy and bad customer service

Whilst Recruiterflow has a nice interface, a couple of nice drag and drop features, and the ability to boolean search your own database, some of the functionality just doesn't work, job ad posting integrations aren't set up properly, the dashboards don't work and their customer service is very bad. They never ever admit a fault, don't resolve anything and feel very much like a beta platform in a startup company. If you want something very very basic, it's a cheap entry point to get you started but also beware of their sales pitch over promises

Recruiterflow creates automated…

Recruiterflow creates automated workflow sequences to list people for managers/recruiters to call and email. This reduces the time it takes to source qualified candidates and allows for more meaningful conversations with leads.
