My team and I have been using iSmartRecruit for four years now, and I can confidently say that the system has undergone significant improvements during this time. The developers have put a lot of effort into enhancing the interface's usability and the system's overall performance and functionality. iSmartRecruit includes all the essential features needed for an efficient recruitment process. It offers a convenient parser for resumes and profiles, and it allows job postings on major job boards across different regions. The support team is quick and effective in responding to queries. Whenever I have a question, I contact my Customer Relations Manager and receive a prompt, detailed response with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Overall, I believe this is the best value-for-money solution in the Applicant Tracking Systems market, and it greatly helps us provide high-quality recruitment services to our clients.

Disha is clear and concise during trainings. She gets back to us on issues that were unable to resolve in the sessions.

We've been using iSmart Recruit for a couple of years now and the system is very good. It covers our needs and allows us to do the work properly without losing any information regarding candidates or any updates.

ISR is an excellent system to help us in our business. The platform is very well organized and structured, with many features and functionalities. Disha was great to me, anytime I needed she was very detailed and responsive.

LinkedIn listing took me to a site powered by ismartrecruit, and it's interesting they don't do anything to vet likely scams.

For example, they don't seem to have any requirements or limitations for "company site" link targets or the "apply" link targets, either, which is very dangerous. There's no requirements for application process, either, so a listing doesn't even have to require any data completion. Every time I've landed on a listing powered by ismartrecruit, it's a fake listing linked to dataminers.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that their entire business model is based around fake listings, as they seem to be a favourite for scammers or datamining operations fronted as "survey opportunities."

I applied for a job on LinkedIn, the apply button from LinkedIn took me to ismartrecruit website and I followed the application steps. The next thing I received an email saying: I needed to sign up for websites and complete company surveys, although the job description had nothing of such. They said they have partnered with a survey company. I did not click on the links I received in the email as it seemed to be a scam. I will be reporting this for fraud as they now have my CV.

Again I clicked on a link from LinkedIn to apply for a job, again survey website. Got to iSmart and cannot enter anything at all.

It seems like a scam offering work from home job and then asking to sign up along with your mobile number date of birth email and then leads you to survey website seems very fake fishy and highly possible scam.

Applied for a job on LinkedIn and then received an email from ismartrecruit saying the next step of the application was to complete a company survey as they’ve partnered with a survey company. It takes you to a cashback site and not a company survey. I also checked the company they are apparently recruiting for and there is no record of the job. This a complete scam and will be reported for fraud as they now have my CV also.

It is bad training program.They are doing scams.
