It is easy to have candidate in ismartrecuit from many sources like: upload from system, create manually, social network, excelsheet and Job-board.

We have been using iSmartRecruit for almost a year now for our UK based agency and it's a great ATS, great support, good features, really easy and intuitive to work with. Everything just works! The team are really responsive with support and feature requests. Cost effective too compared with most other systems. I'd highly recommend.

We've been using the iSmart applicant tracking system for more than 3 years. It meets all of our needs and more.

We're able to easily upload candidates, assign them to open positions, search for previous candidates and clients, email from the system, schedule interviews, set alerts and reminders, and generate a multitude of reports.

There is a terrific help area within the system, but if you ever do need to contact Customer Support, they're responsive, thorough, and always pleasant to work with.

I am using iSmartRecruit for the last 6 Years. It's a great experience and very user-friendly. Also having many unique features like SMS & Calling from the system, Document Signature, Onboarding Process, Chat option with the internal team, Job Posting on multiple job portals and many more.
