I had a great experience with the Recruitment Circle. Alex and Debby guided me through the whole process of changing to a new position, starting proactively offering me open vacancies and providing constantly useful feedback and advice until the signing of the new contract. Many thanks.

I had a conversation with one of their recruiters regarding a role at SVA GmbH. The recruiter promised – explicitly and repeatedly – that I would get real, honest feedback regardless of outcome, especially because I had shared prior negative experiences with SVA’s vague and dismissive process.

Their website proudly claims:
• “You’ll never hear ‘We couldn’t consider your application.’”
• “Clear feedback only.”
• “Fast and transparent communication.”

Reality? None of that happened.

Despite being pushed into the process and sending a tailored CV, I received a generic copy-paste rejection without a single concrete reason. When I followed up, it became clear they hadn’t even tried to challenge SVA’s lazy internal feedback loop – assuming there was any.

So in the end: another recruiter who wastes your time to fill KPIs and feed hiring pipelines without any real responsibility or respect for candidates.

You’ll be promised a partnership – but you’ll get treated like a number.
Avoid unless you enjoy Groundhog Day in corporate recruiting.

If you’re going to advertise “clear feedback” and “honest advice based on thousands of CVs,” you better make sure you’re not delivering the same meaningless template rejection everyone else does. Otherwise, you’re just another well-designed disappointment.

I've already worked with a few recruiters; I've come across both black sheep and decent people.

Dominic (and Alexander before him) stood out from the crowd and did a very good job.

I felt understood, I was professionally supported and advised (without exceeding or falling short of a certain distance).

So at this point: thank you very much for your work.

When I started reading the comments on this side, I know I would normally say: such good rates cannot be true.
But I am actually flashed after less than 20 days with intensive exchange and a signed employment contract on my desk.
