I have been using RecurPost for about a year now. I have only had a couple instances where I have had to have Customer Service intervention. Each time the response to the initial request was quick and the resolutions were timely. Throughout each interaction the communication was quick and clear. They really do a good job of keeping to their word and following when needed.

Overall the tool is good, and we can post through one platform in different platforms like facebook, instagram, GMB, etc., and this is saving our time.

Easy to use tool and features are great with good service

I signed up for the trial version as I was looking for a specific functionality of one post across multiple groups. In communication with RecurPost customer service, I discovered that Meta doesn't allow this functionality at this time within its platforms. With that, I've decided to pause this project at this time. Should I take on social posting and scheduling in the future, RecurPost is who I would come back to first because of the experience I've had with them thus far and in this trial period. Humans, professional, care about you accomplishing your goals and they are there for support. Well done RecurPost team! Keep up the great work!

I have been using RecurPost extensivly over several years and can only highly recommend it. It was a steep learning curve in the beginning, but the team is exceptional in helping out. Once mastered, having Recurpost is beyond amazing. Everything: posting on all platforms, comments, statistics is in one place.

I had tried Later and Buffer, but Recurpost is soooo much better. For exemple: It made posts automatically from my blog posts. It imported articles for content repurposing.

Another exemple: Every year in December I have recurrent content. I just had to switch on my December library for automatic posting.

Same for any launch.

It's highly personasible and flexible.

I would never be consistant enough to get growth on SM. With Recurpost, consistancy becomes finally possible. I now post every day on all platforms.

Give it a try, you will love it too and it will change your life!

The platform itself is very strong: reliable scheduling, excellent recycling of evergreen content, smooth handling of multiple accounts and platforms, and it keeps our posting consistent without hassle. It genuinely saves time and feels professional right out of the gate. For our particular setup, it could benefit from a bit more fine-tuning (like additional customization in some automations or niche options), but it's already performing great overall—no major issues at all.
Pricing is on the higher side compared to what we'd prefer to pay long-term (even entry-level plans feel a touch premium versus some alternatives), but it's competitively positioned when you consider the reliability, unlimited recurring posts on higher tiers, and that outstanding support. The value is there, especially for anyone prioritizing quality and consistency.
I'm leaning heavily toward signing up soon—the trial has convinced me this is a great fit. If you're in the market for a dependable social media scheduler with amazing support, start the trial. Highly recommended!

The support at RecurPost is very good.
The product is good. LIke any product, it takes some learning but the team are there and are responsive. They seem to actually care about their product and rolling out thumbnail creation for reels is great.

Well functioning and easy to use. RecurPost really helped me feel professional about my marketing and SoMe efforts in my business. And always got friendly support whenever I needed it.

Love RecurPost ... makes my social media much more manageable especially my evergreen content. As well as that, the customer service is always 5⭐️. These guys really know how to look after their customers!

No longer works with META platforms. Cost me my ability to use Meta for business. Denied that it was their fault. 2 weeks into the program, I tried to cancel and they refused to refund.

My experience with Recurpost has really been nothing less than 5 star from day one.

It is one of the simplest and most straightforward packages I have used and I've tried a lot of them. And as someone who can be IT challenged at times, whenever I've made a mistake or messed something up they've very quickly identified where I've gone wrong and explained what I need to do to correct it.

A quick and easy solution for anyone wanting to load using spreadsheets. Someone is always on hand if you hit a problem, in my case it's usually user error but the quick response is so appreciated!
