recommended for refurbished computer
My friend referred me recyclekart so I also ordered a Lenovo desktop pc for my cyber cafe and it is working great
Don't shop Pathetic company to buy anything
I was asked which shipping service you want to take, Standard or Express. I have chosen the express option, and now it's been almost more than a week, and the delivery is still in transit. What's the point of selecting the express feature then? Recyclekart is one of the pathetic customer support systems where they decline the call without giving any solution. I won't recommend this website. Now, I'm worried about my product, hoping it's not defective. Just yesterday, I got to know in my office that one of the system was purchased by this website but that system was not working after the 3rd day of delievry than we have sent that system back to them and now its been more the a month they have not responced and provided any solution. Now the product and 19K indian rupee is to them so we lost system and money both now.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERED AND NO…
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERED AND NO RESPOSE, LATE DELIVERY AFTER ACUTE CHASE, NO REFUND, NO REPLY...EXTREMELY BAD SERVICES...THEY ARE SITTING TO GRAB MONEY FROM PUBLIC ONLY
❌ Highly disappointed with Recycekart.
❌ Highly disappointed with Recycle Kart. Poor coordination, false promises, and a serious blow to my freelancing career.
I bought a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from Recycle Kart this month. Within days, the laptop stopped working completely — wouldn’t turn on, possibly due to motherboard or CPU failure. I raised a warranty claim and was promised a replacement on 2nd July.
Instead, on 8th July, they sent me a charger — yes, just a charger — while I was waiting without a working laptop. Only after I chased them again did they finally agree to arrange a pickup. Now I’m told I have to wait even longer, until the pickup is received, before they’ll send the replacement.
Because of this, I’m now at risk of losing my first big freelance opportunity worth $200 USD — a career-defining break that I had worked hard to earn. Without a laptop, I can’t deliver the work, and the client may leave negative feedback that damages my portfolio permanently.
Recycle Kart’s delays have cost me time, income, and reputation.
If you are a student, freelancer, or working professional — think twice before trusting their warranty process. One mistake or delay on their side can cost you real opportunities.
