Item arrived very late. Company have completely ignored my phone calls, emails, 'chat' and text messages to try to sort out a return form as I no longer need the item as it arrived so late. I'm in the process of making a claim through my bank. This company feels dodgy, as soon as I ordered item I felt awkward as I got a text from a Marshall Island International phone number saying item dispatched. In fairness the item did arrive but 9 days later. Now I'm stuck with it as says returns and refunds accepted within 14 days of order on site. There is a UK mobile number which has ignored my calls and texts. I don't think this is a complete scam, as the item arrived. I just feel as if it's not a well run company and now they have my money they want to give it back. I'd avoid.
