The bikes are excellent, very good value for money, easy to use, there are two locks so each time you park up your bike you have to use the two locks and then remove the battery but its easy to get used to locking and removing battery. Our bikes came in great condition and Aurélien at the workshop at 153 bis rue de la Croix Nivert in Paris was extremely helpful and patient in showing me how to use the bike and his English was excellent.
We really appreciate that Red Will allowed us to rent the bikes for a short period.
We can highly recommend the service and I would definitely use Red Will bikes again.

At first everything was perfect until you start having little problems or requests. From an illegal charge of flat tire to 160Euros charged for key changes when the key is attached to the bike, astronomical fees for exchange of charging cable saying that it was bad usage 200euros. How can it be bad usage after using same bike more than 2 years, as if I didn’t know how to plug a cable on the bike.
They are so rude and arrogant to charge you any amount they can.
One of my tires was empty and they tried to charge me saying that it had been damaged by riding with empty tires. Again they got caught with fake fees as the tire had been emptied manually and they were never damaged cause the bike hadn’t been used.
Once I was insulted by technician for letting him way in the rain for 3 mins.
Please pay attention to this company as they will take as much money from you not in a honest way. I have now cancelled my contract after they tried again.

Great! Perfect bike to get around Bordeaux and having the locks supplied made things much eaiser.
