They guided me through the whole process of getting life insurance and critical illness cover. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and happy to repeat things or clarify and answer any questions I had. The whole process was smooth and straightforward.

I requested a quote for life insurance online. After entering my details I received a call, and we went through the evaluation process. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, with all options given.
The advisor was attentive, understanding and ‘human’.
