My first Redbox prescription

In my prescription it was a pretty fast within 24 hours my medicine has been sent. A five-star rating would be within 6 hours, medical decision is made in following by prescription sent. Cuz when my symptoms act up I need medicine in a second. Thank you for listening.

was worried about how to do the video…

was worried about how to do the video interview, i even called earlier but was reassured it will work fine on my phone. Oh My, they have a great way to do it without me doing anything special, sent me a link in a text, clicked on it, ALL was fine, I seen the nurse, she seen me, i explained my issue, DONE . GREAT service nice people that care!!!

Horrible company

Horrible company! I should have read the reviews on Better Business Bureau before giving them my money. There's a reason why they are not an accredited BBB business.

They charged me for a "consultation" and didn't provide any medicine or service, and are now refusing to give my money back.

Stay away people this place is a scam. Check them out on BBB website if you want real reviews.

When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription for the most appropriate medication. Did the online conslutation. After 3 days didn't hear back from anyone. Called and they said they would expedite. Didn't hear from anyone. On day 4 I called and got a refund.

Same as others no help but charged me…

Same as others no help but charged me 39.00 to have a “Nurse practitioner” review my symptoms and prescribe the exact opposite of what I know I needed stating an interaction with my BP med.. there’s potential for all meds to have an interaction,im a nurse I know and I know what works for me..scam and waste of 40.00

BEWARE!! Scam!!

BEWARE! this website is a scam. They will charge you $35 for a consult and then never approve your medication. STAY AWAY!!

I have been on the same medication for years now and needed to switch providers. Redbox refused to fill the rx I have been taking for years.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

Edit # 2: apparently they want to keep digging their grave in their reply as they replied to me again. READ THEIR REPLY! They will charge you $69 for a "consultation" when all that consultation is them reviewing the answers to your questionnaire. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU MEDICATION AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

IF YOU GET SCAMMED BY THEM, MAKE SURE TO FILE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED!!!


Edit # 1:they responded to this comment trying to make excuses for the run around and why they can't provide service. They said in the reply that I shouldn't be charged if no care is provided, yet they PROVIDED NO CARE and then charged me anyways. When this alert comes up, we do notify the patient that it would be the best and safest option to seek in-person care. We do offer the option to continue on despite the alert but do notify you that "we know you came to us for medical advice and treatment and still want to help you by offering to connect you with a medical provider through a live video consultation for up to 15 minutes. Please note, there is a non-refundable fee of $69 for the consultation and prescription treatment is not guaranteed". While we would love to be able to help each and every patient that comes to us at RedBox Rx, there are cases where it is for your own health and safety that we would recommend you seek in-person care. We truly regret any misunderstanding that occurred and hope you find the care that you need.

Late interview and hidden fees

First I had an apt for the video chat at 830pm. I waited until 840 for someone to come on and only bc I called and told them. Second they didn't tell me it was 2 charges one for the interview and one for the meds. Otneg places give you the free interview for the meds

I am happy to hear that you were able to get a hold of our provider support team in order to start your appointment with the provider.

When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. The pricing for both the visit and the medication are found on our website under the condition you wish to treat. We also have our FAQ's section on our website that explains how our service works. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. If a treatment is prescribed that is different from what you've selected, you will be asked to review and pay for your prescribed treatment. You will receive a receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account.

Complete waste of money and time. If you are looking for a doctor consultation, you will not receive one here. They will take your money and ask in a questionnaire what you want to be prescribed? Like how would I know? I’m not a doctor. When you call their customer support line, they do the exact opposite of what you want done. Save your sanity and money

Our providers use the information provided in the assessment you fill out to make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment for your condition. Each consultation is assessed individually based on current symptoms and medical guidelines. While we do have the option for patients to select a treatment that they would prefer to be prescribed, it is not required to select a preferred treatment for your consultation. If you select no preference at the beginning of the assessment, our providers will prescribe treatment based on the information they were provided and their own medical judgement.

Horrible

Horrible! I never received the product. When I called they said I need to find the package. Why do I need to find the package if they shipped it? I went to the post office 2 times, the post office said they don’t know where it is. I wouldn’t use this company or recommend it to anyone!

When we are notified that a patient did not receive their order despite tracking indicating it has been delivered, we check several different things per our protocol. First, we want to verify the shipping address was correct, and then we make sure the correct tracking information was linked to your account. If those are correct, we often suggest you reach out to your local post office for assistance by either making sure the address is also correct in their system, if there was a carrier error, or submitting a service request to investigate the delivery. If needed, we can also initiate the service inquiry through our contact with USPS on your behalf should you have any difficulties. Took over a week for pink eye drops to…

Took over a week for pink eye drops to come… At that point I had to go to another provider and the infection was cleared before they arrived. No tracking information on prescription. And they prescribed the wrong eye drops (I had the option to request a specific eyedrop, which was ignored).

After reviewing your case, it looks like your visit was closed with a treatment prescribed, processed and shipped within 24 hours, which is the goal we set for our service. Shipping times can vary with the method chosen, but USPS Ground Advantage is our default shipping method. Through this method, deliveries are estimated to take between 2-5 days. We also offer expedited shipping options through UPS for an additional charge, which can be selected when you fill out the assessment. With some of the conditions we treat, you may want to get started on the medication sooner rather than later. That is why we also offer the option of sending your prescription to a local pharmacy for pick up. Patients who choose this option would no longer be eligible for our discounted visit fee, but this way you would be able to start your treatment potentially the same day you are prescribed. It looks like your treatment did arrive within 3 days of being shipped out by our facility via the shipping method selected. We apologize that you did not receive tracking information for your order. Sometimes technical difficulties prevent tracking information from loading correctly in your account. It should show up within 24-48 hours of your order having shipped, but in the case it does not, please reach out to our team at RedBox Rx. We are happy to provide that tracking number for you.

For each condition we treat listed on our website, we list the medications we have available for the condition you wish to treat, which may not always be what you prefer. Our providers carefully evaluate each case to ensure safe and appropriate treatment, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the prescribed medication differs from what you may have listed as your preferred medication. While previous treatment history can be helpful, each consultation is assessed individually based on current symptoms and medical guidelines. It does appear that a preferred treatment was not listed, so the provider prescribed you treatment based on the information they were provided and their own medical judgement.
