I placed a custom mascot order with this company and paid the full amount in advance, based on an agreed production and delivery timeline.

After the payment was made, I requested updates, including production photos and confirmation that the order was progressing as agreed. I did not receive clear or verifiable proof that the mascot was produced or shipped.

The agreed deadline passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive the mascot or a refund. Communication became increasingly difficult and, at times, completely stopped.

After a long and frustrating period of trying to resolve the situation directly, I had no remaining option but to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback. The chargeback was approved, and the amount was refunded.

This was a very stressful experience involving an advance payment, missed deadlines, and lack of transparency. I am sharing this so others are fully aware of the risks before placing a similar custom order.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Redbrokoly. The company operates in a very strange and unprofessional way. The pictures on their website are clearly AI-generated and do not represent real products.

After placing and paying for my order, I received almost no updates about the delivery. They never respond to emails, leaving many customers completely in the dark. Communication is practically nonexistent.

Many other buyers have already warned that this company appears to be a scam — and unfortunately, I can confirm the same. Extra items I paid for, such as clothing accessories, fans inside the mascot head, and a carrying bag, were not included, despite the high cost.

Redbrokoly leaves customers stranded without support or accountability. I strongly advise everyone not to fall for this trap and NEVER buy from this company.

I recommend strongly redbrokoly for the delivery of my mascot. I was able to have my costume on time . I would suggest to speak to Laura . She helped me to find the right product for my event ! Thanks !!

I paid for a mascot . Was promised on time delivery for my event. For the next 7-9 days I asked for tracking information or cancel the order. The person on email assured me it would be on time and as time grew nearer i pleaded for them to cancel the order and refund me to which they kept trying to convince me it was on its way. and even 2 days prior to the event it was not yet shipped. I emailed everyday asking for a refund and have not recieved any information. Do NOT trust this company save your money !

They are scammers who don’t deliver and don’t respond. Please stay away and save your money. Majority of “5 star” reviews are done by company themselves. On instagram account they don’t allow you to comment because they know it’ll be harder for them to scam hard working families and people! Disgusting scammers!
