Paid in advance, order not delivered
I placed a custom mascot order with this company and paid the full amount in advance, based on an agreed production and delivery timeline.
After the payment was made, I requested updates, including production photos and confirmation that the order was progressing as agreed. I did not receive clear or verifiable proof that the mascot was produced or shipped.
The agreed deadline passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive the mascot or a refund. Communication became increasingly difficult and, at times, completely stopped.
After a long and frustrating period of trying to resolve the situation directly, I had no remaining option but to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback. The chargeback was approved, and the amount was refunded.
This was a very stressful experience involving an advance payment, missed deadlines, and lack of transparency. I am sharing this so others are fully aware of the risks before placing a similar custom order.
