Had booked ticket from Bangalore to…

Had booked ticket from Bangalore to Mysore through red bus in KSRTC. But the bus wasn't there on time, and the bus operators were rude were not providing live location. Now after one month red bus team comes back to me saying that Bus was on time. As if I was lying to them. Iwas loyal customer but from on never going to book through redbus

Very Disappointing and Unsafe…

Very Disappointing and Unsafe Experience with YOLO Bus (NL-01B-3433)

I booked a YOLO bus ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabad (Erragadda), and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

The bus arrived one hour late at Tanuku with no notification or update from the operator.

During the journey, the bus stopped for another hour in Vijayawada just to load a parcel scooter containing petrol — an extremely dangerous and irresponsible act that put all passengers at risk.

Despite booking till Erragadda, I was dropped off at Lakdi-ka-pool, and the staff simply said the bus wouldn’t go further.

The bus was poorly maintained, unclean, and blankets had a bad odor.

To top it all, the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the trip.

This kind of negligence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. YOLO should take immediate steps to improve safety standards, maintenance, and customer service.

I strongly advise fellow travelers — avoid booking YOLO buses until they fix these serious issues.

Overall booking and journey experience…

Overall booking and journey experience was poor from Delhi to Mathura because of below reasons that users should note while Booking their next trip with red bus
1. Location are not very accurately mentioned.live tracking location mostly don't work.
2. Location are intentionally kept far from local convenience or sharing autos .for that we need to pay unnecessary extra to cab or auto drivers.
3. Amenities like water bottle etc are provided only when asked.
Overall if you see lot of share holders are there to loot money from us in this group.

Fraudulent system being run

I had booked Rajdhani Express bus from redbus website. But when I reached the pick up point, bus was late. And when it finally came, it was different bus and different bus operator. I had booked Rajdhani Express, but the actual bus was Deepak Raj ( Dev Travels). I had booked Rajdhani Express for it's rating and didn't want to travel by third grade bus. And bus conductor and all people running the bus are actually goons.
This is highly unprofessional and fraud system being run using the platform.
Don't use redbus ever.

I can just tell avoid using the redbus…

I can just tell avoid using the redbus & its associated buses. They are one of the worst service provider. Many a time they got late by 3 hours beating Indian railway.
When I asked about the late, why it not started from Kalyan in Mumbai, they replied we are not having the control, meaning they are lacking feedback system.

I didn't get the bus

I didn't get the bus. Forget the seat or mix-up I had to hire a private taxi from sonpryag to haridwar as I was returning from Kedarnath to back home I had a booking with red bus on 16th October 2025. But the bus didn't show up after 45 minutes they provided me a bus number to sit in and after next 30 minutes the bus operator denied to start the journey. I was forced to leave the bus - red bus service are not at all good as they seems on advertising now they are not returning my money

The condition of the bus of New Punjab…

The condition of the bus of New Punjab Tours and Travels is very bad. Vehicle number AR01P7283. There are no proper facilities in this bus. There is no charging facility in it and the driver does not speak. So, I request you to provide the facilities that should be there in the bus and behave well with the customers.

I would NOT recommend using RedBus in…

I would not recommend using RedBus in Colombia. I bought two tickets from Santa Marta to Riohacha three weeks in advance: bus
Exalpa I arrived at the bus terminal 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure, only to be told to wait. After 45 minutes, I was informed that the bus had already left because it was full, and that the station had never been notified by RedBus neither
Exalpa that we had purchased tickets.

The staff told me I might be able to travel, but they couldn’t confirm when. Eventually, I was put on a bus that left an hour later than my scheduled departure, completely ruining my travel plans.

This company clearly has poor coordination with actual bus providers and sells tickets without guaranteeing your seat.
👉 Do not use RedBus. Go directly to the bus companies like Expreso Brasilia or others that will actually honor your

Cant handle timezones??

I booked a ticket for my mother in India from the U.S., and even though I clearly selected October 8th as the travel date, it got booked for October 7th — which is tomorrow for me in the U.S., but not in India. I tried rescheduling and again chose the 8th, yet it still changed to the 7th. Clearly, the system isn’t handling time zones properly. Now I can’t even cancel or reschedule — such a waste of time and money. Really disappointing. No real customer care person to talk to.

Bring enough food and water

This was a 19 hr bus journey, with Palomino. There was one stop where it was possible to buy food and drink, just after I got on. The other stops were only for passengers to disembark/ embark. On a couple of occasions, a seller came on board with snacks for purchase.
The seats were comfortable. The company can improve by checking that all the seats recline; mine, unfortunately, didn't (but was supposed to). It would also be a plus if there was wifi on the bus.
It would have been useful if some information was given during the journey; in English and Spanish.
It would be a great improvement if the air-conditioning could be on all the time, and the passengers to be able to regulate it; it was turned on sporadically, and the quality of air was poor and unbearably hot in the bus, at least on the first floor.
Otherwise the embarking at the bus stop was a good experience; luggage was well labelled.
