Brilliant product, fast delivery and we'll packaged. Very pleased.

I do a lot of my own Halloween/Fancy dress costumes and make up and Red Carpet are my go to guys, always fast turnaround and great service. My only tiny niggle is stock levels but I'm guessing that's more of a Covid supply chain issue than a Red Carpet one.

Paid for next day delivery, Thurs evening purchase. Needed paints for a job on Saturday afternoon...didn't arrive until the Monday afternoon. Not ideal 😕

This last item so different to description complete waste of money. I have burns on my face. This product is so sticky leaves skin feeling tight and DOSE NOT COVER SCAR

I ordered some fake blood for Halloween. I paid extra for express shipping. I still have not received my order, refund and my emails are being ignored. I would avoid ordering anything from here again. I will now have to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Deeply unimpressed.

I had to raise a dispute with Paypal but I did at least get a refund.

Just awful, if you want to be disappointed for Halloween, this is the place for you. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

On the 21st Oct, I purchased prosthetics for Halloween and paid via PayPal. The payment went through but I received an email from Redcarpetfx stating the contrary. I emailed customer service to confirm if something had gone wrong. The next day I received an email stating that it "seems" that the payment had not gone through and he will check with the accounts team. I send back screen grabs of my PayPal declaring that the money had indeed been processed on my end.

After five days of silence, I emailed for a refund because it was clear I was not going to get my order in time for Halloween.

Two days later, I received an email:
"Sorry for the delay on this, we are still waiting for someone to get back in touch regarding this. Has the amount fully come out of your bank account? Hopefully this can get resolved very soon :)"

I respond back with a screen grab of my credit card statement, and for two days, still nothing and no response. This complete indifference that I had to make alternative arrangements for Halloween and lack of empathy demonstrates very little respect for their customers.

How is it possible that no one from the accounts team can confirm whether or not the payment has been processed and whether a refund is the course of action. This was 10 days ago!

Promised next day delivery 4 days before halloween...paid the express rate ...then after purchase get told by DPD my item will be delivered on the Monday the day AFTER Halloween ...no use to me now

So impressed not only with the product but the whole service, item arrived well packed in nice packaging with a nicely written invoice receipt inside thanking me for my custom it really makes a difference to me to have nice touches like that. I will be buying more from you 100%! My order was fully tracked the whole time and arrived on time. Thankyou to you all at Redcarpet Fx

Amazing quality of the colour of the blood I ordered fast service

Value for money.
Easy to use.

Bought their ‘eye blood’, arrived unsealed and open. They explained it ‘probably opened in transit and would be fine’, which i doubted but tried out anyway.
Irritated my eye for 2 days.
They just stopped replying weeks ago at this point and won’t even send me an address to return the item.

Bad customer service.

I have since spoken to them and am awaiting a refund.

Very bad response. I had ordered one item which was cancelled without prior notice and no. idea about the refund process.
