Extremely rude cold call agent and unsatisfactory behaviour
I just received a call from an agent at this company, offering to find me a great quote on business insurance. Despite explaining I had just taken out insurance very recently, he continued to speak and wouldn't allow me to get a word in. I tried repeatedly to interrupt, but was spoken over each time I tried. Finally, I told him I was sorry and not interested, at which point, he rudely hung up.
While I appreciate these calls can often be extremely helpful, perhaps the company could consider training/encouraging their agents to LISTEN to what the customer has to say, rather than barge ahead talking over the person they have called.
As a direct result of that experience, I was left feeling disrespected and completely uninterested in the services offered by this company. I hope the company will take note of this feedback and improve their customer service so as to prevent others having the same experience as I had.
