Ordered from them a few times. The Original Caveman charcoal is quite good and decent priced. The problem lies with their delivery partner. Last order never arrived, their delivery partner still hasn't located it a week later and told me to get in contact with Redec as not much they can do.
Redec was nice enough to send out another parcel which was delivered and left out in the rain by the same delivery company.
I would 5/5 but will hold off until they go with a different delivery.

I recently ordered four bags of charcoal, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the shipment, I discovered that all the bags were ripped, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the charcoal inside was broken into very small chunks, making it less useful for my grilling needs.

I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution, but they did not take any action. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of effective customer support. I wouldn't recommend this seller based on my experience.

This is the way all companies should be - reasonable prices, good offers from time to time, quick delivery and excellent customer support! Very impressed with them. Yet to try the charcoal out, but looking forward to it! Excellent quality rotisserie basket - couldn't see the screws that were hanging in the bag. Customer service range me back the morning after the night I logged the call to question where they were. Thanks so much team!
